Holiday rental San Lorenzo district

HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE! Very good contact to the owners (quick answers to our questions)

Pros: Location is very good. Not too far from Roma Termini train station (it took us a 17 mins walk). The surroundings are more than OK: in the internet you can read a lot about how dangerous the Termini area is. Well, there are indeed some homeless people but they were never a problem for us. A lot of graffiti on the builidings... The studio is VERY nice. Coffee machine AND good (really good :)) coffee in the studio. And it was quiet!!!! What a nice surprise! A supermarket is close (300 meters).

Cons: Not much to complain about. The bathroom is a bit small but for 3-4 days it's OK. Also, even if relatively close to the station (and metro) it takes 15-17 mins to walk each way.

Everything you need for a reasonable price.

Pros: Everything you need for a weekend away. The bed is very comfortable, I love extras like the washing maschine. The check in and check out are clear and the host is friendly. This is our second stay here and we'll be back next year.

Cons: There's only one plug socket in the kitchen which means you can't cook and make coffee/tea at the same time. An extension cable would be helpful.

Our stay in the apartment was, cosy, clean, easy and uncomplicated.

Pros: On our arrival the look of the area seemed a little unkept due to the rubbish on the streets and the graffiti. However, the building and the accommodation were very clean. The apartment was perfectly located with a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all very close by, bus stops only a few minutes walk away and the Termini 10-15 mins walk away. We felt very safe in this location and found the locals to be very friendly. I was surprised at how quiet the apartment was, with little to no noise from either neighbours, or the outside. And for us the air-conditioning was a god send.

Cons: Nothing to report!!

Great apartment

Pros: Great place, clean apartment with everything you would need. Really worth the money. Distance from the metro and train ok, bus station in the neighborhood. Shoppinf possibilities - recomend Todis.

Fantástico

Pros: Todo fantástico muy buena ubicación cerca de Termini a pie o con el bus 71. Cerca de zona viva con muchas opciones de comida como la Pizzería Fórmula 1, la recomiendo. Las instalaciones impecables muy cómodo y con espacio muy amplio. Confirmo que la propiedad es como las fotografías del anuncio ( Añado fotos que tomé para mayor veracidad ) amplio, grande y limpio. La atención de los propietarios Michaela y Maurizio excelente!! , atienden de inmediato cualquier duda por WhatsApp en Inglés italiano o español. Sin dudas repetiría en esta propiedad.

Cons: Für kochen is wenig Raum (braucht man aber auch nicht unbedingt mit den vielen Restaurants). Das Zimmer ist erwas dunkel (nur 1 Fenster)

Pros: 다른 숙소에 비해 빠른 체크인 시간이 좋았고 숙소에 도착하기전 미리 체크인이나 짐보관에 대해 친절히 알려주셨습니다. 또한 질문에 호스트님이 바로 답을 주셔 편안하게 지냈습니다

Cons: 세면도구(삼푸, 바디젤등)가 없어 다소 아쉬웠으며 싱크대 물이 잘빠지지 않아 체크 부탁드렸습니다

Una chicca a San Lorenzo

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma molto bello, perfetto per una o due persone, pulito e ordinato, dotato di tutto il necessario; stoviglie, moka, bollitore, microonde, condizionatore. C'è stato un problema con la televisione che non si vedeva ed il lavandino del bagno che perdeva acqua: in entrambi i casi i proprietari sono stati più veloci della luce ad intervenire. Per la TV il problema di ricezione non si è risolto completamente ma sono usciti due volte in due giorni per tentare la riparazione: top!! Il bagno è piccolo e non ha il bidet (si vede anche nelle foto di presentazione) ma c'è il doccino vicino al wc e anche la lavatrice. Zona comodissima a 15min a piedi dalla stazione Termini e a 10min dalla metro A Vittorio Emanuele. Quartiere tranquillo e ricco di locali, supermarket, parrucchieri e vicinissimo a via Tiburtina dove passano moltissimi autobus per raggiungere molte zone di Roma. Io personalmente ci tornerei a occhi chiusi!!
