Pros: Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания (стиральная, посудомоечная машина, полностью оборудованная кухня). Хорошая кровать, подушки, все новое. Все, как на фото. Просторные апартаменты, тихая улица, wi-fi, рядом магазины, кофейни, рестораны. Очень приветливый, порядочный хозяин.

Great place to stay, for the right price.

Pros: The location is very good and the major tourist spots are walkable from the appartment. There is a good selection of bars and restaurant in the neighbourhood. The owner was kind and helpfull with every request we had and waited for us for a late check-in. House pretty much has everything basic you need for your stay, including a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine. Thumbs up for that!

Pros: The host was extremely accommodating and responsive when my flight was delayed, which delayed my check-in. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. It’s in a good location close to the train station and not hard to get around. And there is now wifi, which works great! I recommend staying here.

Posizione buona e struttura nuova

Pros: Accoglienza fantastica, tutto spiegato alla perfezione, nei minimi dettagli. Grazie Gioacchino! Posizione perfetta per quello che dovevo fare io. Vicinissima all'Università Sapienza. I rumori per strada a me non danno particolare fastidio, quindi ho riposato bene. Bagno pulito, cucina funzionante. Volendo pure la lavatrice (io non ne ho avuto bisogno).

Cons: Le linee telefoniche non prendono completamente. Consiglio solo di rimediare velocemente al fatto che manchi una connessione Wi-Fi, cosa che ho perdonato dato che la struttura è veramente nuova e quindi serve del tempo per sistemare tutto 😊

Pros: Muy contenta con todo. El hombre es encantador y el apartamento es muy amplio, para una persona sola o dos de sobra, y además está muy bien ubicado, alrededor está todo lleno de terrazas y restaurantes pero luego además es muy tranquilo. Volvería sin duda!
