Great apartment out of touristy areas.
Pros: Great location, we love to walk and explore, so it was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: It wasn't a big thing, but I just couldn't figure out how to get the air con to work, so was rather warm at night.

Pros: I liked the location of the apartment, the apartment itself was clean and fragrant. The apartment had everything you need. There was a coffee pot, there was a washing machine. The owner is great, she sent instructions with photos on how to enter the apartment.
Cons: There is a bar under the windows, it was loud at night, it didn't bother me, but it could bother someone.

Pros: Good location. 15min walk from Termini station. Self check-in was pretty easy and comfortable, elevator. High-speed wifi a very cozy caffe Libreria behind the house (a must to visit)

Pros: In ottima posizione rispetto all'Università La Sapienza. Appartamento spazioso confortevole ben pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Camera ampia e piacevole. Self check agilissimo. Climatizzazione molto apprezzata
Cons: L'unico difetto a cui purtroppo non c'è soluzione è il quartiere. Quartiere universitario e vivo soprattutto la sera, dove i localini adiacenti generano un prevedibile rumoreggiare che resta udibile nonostante l'insonorizzazione. Per dormire è comunque utile munirsi di tappi per le orecchie.

Pros: Buona la posizione vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini. Centro facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Host ci hanno consentito di lasciare le valigie in appartamento anche dopo il check out.
Cons: La sera essendo la camera con finestra su un vicolo si sentiva un gran vociare fino a tardi

Pros: La comodidad de la ubicación y el confort de las camas. Duchas cómodas y cocina equipada. El personal muy atento y puntual.
Cons: Abajo hay una zona de bares, mucho ruido de fiesta. No funcionaba la lavadora.

Pros: El apartamento estaba estupendo, muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. La anfitriona nos ayudó e hizo todo muy fácil. La cocina estaba equipada y las camas eran cómodas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, el baño estaba bien. El barrio es estupendo, con varios locales para cenar y tomar algo muy cerca. Estaba cerca de la universidad que era lo que buscábamos
Cons: El camino hasta Termini, la estación de tren y metro, es un poco largo (entre 20 y 25 minutos), aunque hay mucha disponibilidad de otros transportes como el autobús muy cercanos. La ducha podría ser algo mejor.

Très bon séjour
Pros: Apparemment très spacieux, agréable. Literie confortable. Le coin cuisine est très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Hôte très réactive et explications très claires pour trouver et entrer dans le logement. La situation géographique était aussi très bien, proche de la gare ou du métro mais également du centre historique à pieds.
Cons: Quartier très animé donc plutôt bruyant, notamment l'immeuble avec la cour intérieure.

BEL APPARTAMENTO VICINO TERMINI
Pros: Ottimo self check in ... posizione centrale vicino a termini , ambiente confortevole. In mezzo alla vita notturna ma si dorme tranquillamente ci sono i vetri camera ! Sotto casa trovi supermercati bar e tanti ristoranti
Cons: Il riscaldamento la sera viene abbassato notevolmente e si rischia di morire di freddo ma non dipende dai proprietari ma dal condominio
