Good

Pros: I liked the location and the friendly staff. The day I arrived was not perfect, but because of the amazing taxi driver I managed to get into my room and from then on it was all very good! I will think about coming again next year.

Pros: We like the team, and Katrin in the breakfast amazing!

Pros: Location is great in walking distance to the old town and metro station. Room was nice and clean

Cons: There is no lift to the room level and had to carry the luggages over the steps to the first floor. The whole building including the rooms had a very strong unpleasant smell. It seems they try to cover the smell with strong cleaning product which makes it worst. The room was looking to the main road and windows are not double so you could hear the cars and sirens.

Pros: The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro with nearby bus stops, making it easy to get around. There were plenty of food options close by, including McDonald’s and the fantastic Pastasciutta. The area itself felt very safe since it’s a residential neighborhood, and I was completely comfortable staying there. The place was beautiful, cozy, and definitely a 10/10 for me. I actually booked it based on other travelers’ reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I’d highly recommend it, especially for solo travelers—I went alone and felt very safe exploring the area and returning back.

Cons: The only minor drawback was that there wasn’t a lift, but I honestly didn’t mind. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with luggage, which made everything so much easier.

Hidden gem with friendly staff right on subway

Pros: The location is excellent. Right on the subway and close to Piazza del Popolo. There is a lot to do around the area, or you can walk to all the tourist attractions via streets full of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The room was spacious, clean, and thank god with AC. I would definitely come back!

Pros: Good sized room, modern, fresh decor. Good location, close to Metro line A, which gets you about the city. Friendly staff, couldn’t have done enough.

Cons: The bathroom was tired and in need of some TLC.

Pros: The place was just 3 min from piazza del Popolo , so great location. The staff was kind and helpful:) As for the room , everything was comfortable, I did recommended a friend to stay there as it was after all comfortable and great location!

Cons: It could have been cleaner , underneath the desk there was a lot of dust . And I do have to say that when we got there the toilet area in the bathroom smelled a little bit of urine but other than that everything was perfectly fine! We obviously could notify the team as they were available almost all day and probably could have fixed the issue right away
