Great large apartment. Great service and location

Pros: Spacious accommodation for 7 people. Livia met us at the apartment and allowed us to access the property early. Property is within 10-15 minutes walk of the main railway station.

Cons: Everything was perfect! There was nothing to improve. Excellent property & service.

Lovely big rooms in a great apartment.

Pros: Beautifully decorated rooms and very comfy beds. Plenty of space for everyone. Had everything we needed and Livia was very accommodating allowing us to go in earlier than we should have which was very helpful.

Cons: Area surrounding the apartment was a little run down.

Pros: Space enough for 6 adults and 2 children- could have fitted two more adults. Very clean. All things useful in the kitchen available. There were even coffee, regular and decaf, sugar, tea. The host extremely friendly and willing to help us. Good location, near bus station and walking distance from main objectives. Air conditioning in every room.

Cons: Nothing.

Good apartment for a big group

Pros: Livia is a great hostess, answering all questions and requests very quickly. The apartment is good for a big group, with comfortable beds and good space for us to eat together. The localizations is good, near the central station (Rome Termini) and there are buses very close to the apartment which goes straight to Coliseu (30 min) and Vatican (45 min).

Cons: There were a few things in the apartment to repair, but nothing that bothered our staying. Also, it is important to mention that the apartment is in the third floor, with stair to go up, but there is a lift which fits 2 persons.

Overall a very good place for a family to stay

Pros: The apartment host was at the apartment waiting for us to arrive. She gave us all the info needed. The apartment is nearby to supermarkets, fruit shops, pharmacies, and bus stand. Roma Termini is also about 15 min walk from the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable to stay in . Lift for all. Since we had twin babies 8 months old who needed to be in an 28 deg C atmosphere , the host delivered additional room heater to keep the rooms warm. Much appreciate her gesture.

Cons: The washing machine doesn't have the drying facility nor is there a separate drier. However enough drying stands with clothes pins are available . The neighbourhood is noisy with the youth enjoying the late evenings at the outlets near the apartment. Unfortunately the noise filters through too the rooms!!!

Great Accommodation for Families and Groups

Pros: The large rooms and ample beds are good for big groups or families.

Cons: The accommodation looks a bit tired or old as compared to the photos. The very small living room which makes it difficult for communal sit down.

Pros: Very large appartment with plenty of space for a large group (and 2 bathrooms!), with everything one might need to be comfortable. Livia is a fantastic host and thought of everything. Overall, we felt like we had our true home-base at Rome!

Absolutely perfect experience, strong 10/10!

Pros: Everything was perfect, the house looks amazing and is nicely decorated, rooms are very big, everything was perfectly clean. The apartment had everything you can need, iron, washing machine, hairdryers, even the little (but oh so necessary) things like sugar, washing powder or shaving razors. Convenient location next to a few bus stops and shops/restaurants.

Cons: The apartment was genuinely perfect in every way, nothing could've went better. If I REALLY had to be picky, the one single thing missing was toothpaste, but then again, everything else was amazing, and the shop was literally a minute walk away :)

An excelent place

Pros: The apartment was big, comfy, clean, with two bathroom, washing machine and everything what a apartment should have. Around the apartment are good restaurant with affordable prices. The owner is very nice and she recomened to us what we should visit.

Cons: A noise during the night from the street but I don’t think that is something you can avoid when you visit Rome. :)

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable for the seven of us host Livia was very helpful. The apartment was well located easy to get to the main attractions with either the bus or the hop on hop off buses well. Or a 30 minute walk in the cooler part of the day if you’d like to go on foot.
