V comfortable relaxing stay.

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. V clean. Loved the night house keeping service that came to tidy the bed& check the bathroom. They provided us with a kettle and table fan which we requested.

Excellent choice for a short trip to Rome.

Pros: Loved the cleanliness. The hotel literally smells with it. Loved the spa area. Although it is slightly dated and requires redecoration, the quality of the jacuzzi area is excellent. The water was perfect temperature. Amazing.

Cons: A bit of a glitch with room service. Didn't appreciate there is no tea kettles in the room, hence, not possible to make some tea, need to call room service which is 1) expensive (24 euros for tea) 2) not great service.

Room & location superb, close to Villa Borghese you can walk to the spanish steps easily.

Pros: Loved the hospitality and friendliness of the restaurant team. I had a lovely table on the terrace, the team recommended wines and food items plus lovely conversation with them. Felt very welcome and enjoyed the food and the conversation. Nice to dine at an establishment where the staff have been employed for years, in this case over 20 years so she knew all about the building and location.

Cons: I loved every aspect of my stay. Especially the relaxing time at the pool after walking around Rome seeing the sights all day.

Wonderful hotel in Rome - definitely stay here

Pros: The hotel is old school Italian and just gorgeous and the room we had was beautiful with all the facilities you could need. Anything you needed the staff were so attentive and friendly - and having a pool in Rome was just amazing - this hotel is worth it just for that (and having a pool supervisor, food and drink service to your sun bed etc was just wonderful). The hotel is a little out of the main city but just a short walk to the Spanish Steps or a taxi ride to anywhere you need to go - the doormen were so helpful and lovely. We found it a bonus to be a little further out and we even got to go to the zoo which is part of Villa Borghese just a 5 minute walk away! Could not recommend this hotel more highly.

Cons: We loved everything and will return.

Another fabulous stay at my favourite hotel

Pros: This is my favourite hotel. It is absolutely beautiful but what makes it is the concierge and reception staff who are outstanding - nothing is too much trouble and they are so pleasant and kind.
