The best receptionists in Rome

Pros: The location was awesome. The hotel staff were super helpful and pleasant, one guy even helped me learn some Italian and I will be forever grateful to him for that. Would come back just to learn more from him.

Cons: I would have like very much to have a kettle in my room but somehow I missed that they don't provide kettles. A cup of tea in the evening would have made the experience totally perfect.

Pros: The hotel is clean, the area is really nice, breakfast was correct. Plenty of busses to get you wherever you want at 2 minutes walk. Borgese Gallery is at walking distance.

Cons: The hotel entrance carper is curiously dirty and stained. In total contradiction with all others decorations.

We were very happy with this quiet and convenient location.

Pros: Good staff, helpful and attentive.Comfortable space of the room. Well-conditioned lobby with comfy sofas to rest upon. Friendly atmosphere of the hotel in general - everything was good and pleasant. Rooms were well-cleaned every day.

Cons: Pillows on the bed could have been of a better quality.
