Pros: the staff was great - the woman who met us was really polite! the room is very comfy

Cons: it was quit loud in the night - near the windows somebody kept talking

Pros: Beautiful property. Exceptionally clean. The best facilities we had out of all our stays on this trip. Great location. Very helpful staff.

Pros: We liked the shower, and the mattress very much. There was a nice neighbor who helped us locate the proper door since Google maps is a bit difficult! Great location to Termini station and our favorite gelato spot! The communication from the owners was great. Lovely coffee machine and coffee pods. Loved how shampoo and shower gel included. Spacious room also.

Cons: The room lighting was a bit dark for our tastes, but that is a small minor thing.

Great choice for a quick stay

Pros: Great option for a short stay since the rooms are not soundproof so your peace depends on other people. The room is in an apartment with 2 other rental rooms. There's a common area with table and boiler to make some tea. Coffee maker and some sweet snacks are provided inside the room. Exceptionally clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioner worked perfectly - important for summer heat.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, little touches were nice. Snacks and coffee were a bonus.

Cons: Just a little too far from the city centre for us personally

Lovely, comfortable and welcoming!

Pros: The guesthouse is very well located near villa Borghese and the city center, near shops and restaurants. The room has everything you need, (even a coffee machine and a minibar with complementary soft drinks), it is nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable, and as our room was giving onto an inner courtyard, it was quiet. The bathroom is super clean with a lovely shower and everything you need. I enjoyed having fresh fruit available in the kitchen and being able to make a cup of tea. The staff, Aleksandra and Elena, are very friendly and put a lot of heart into making their place as pleasant and comfortable as possible for their guests!

The hosts made our stay very special. I was in Rome over my birthday and the staff welcomed us witha heartwarming gift -

Pros: - great bed - very hospitable hosts - great location with many bus connections - had everything one needs on a short trip (little shared kitchen, iron, individual fridge, wardrobe)

Cons: - it was hard to sleep with the window open due to some beeping noise coming from the patio. I know that the property’s hosts can’t do much about it, but it was really bothering us at night… - the power outlets were quite old and not exactly compatible with our devices. I advise the guests to bring an extension cord.

Basic, simple accommodation, good value for price, a feeling of safety and security in the property

Pros: The accommodation was exactly as pictured. Fabulous bed! Great towels. Safe and secure location. Very precise directions on arriving and checking in to the property. No noise at the property.

Cons: There were no drinking glasses in the room. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink, a small issue of which I made the reception aware.

Pros: The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly. The area it is located in is very nice and safe.
