Bueno, pero le falta un salón con sofá

Pros: La limpieza, atención personal, amabilidad y cercanía al metro.

Cons: No había salón ni sofá ni tv y la cocina no tenía tostador, ni microondas. La calefacción sólo funcionaba por la tarde.

L'appartamento è bello, comodo e in un'ottima posizione, solo qualche piccolo miglioramento.

Pros: L'appartamento è tutto nuovo, molto pulito, funzionale e confortevole, in un'ottima posizione, l'host molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons: L'unica cosa, sarebbe da migliorare la climatizzazione nei bagni perché, essendo un appartamento condominiale, abbiamo appurato che in molti condomini di Roma, la mattina non è prevista l'accensione dei riscaldamenti, per cui i bagni non possono essere riscaldati in modo autonomo, e questo ci ha creato qualche difficoltà.

Per me perfetto

Pros: La casa è grande e ben tenuta. Tutto pulito. Letti comodissimi e bagni funzionali. Carina anche la cucina. L'host è presente via telefono, ed è molto gentile. La posizione per me è stata comoda che avevo degli affari in zona, ma comunque è vicinissima alla metro C di Teano.

Cons: Niente di particolare
