Spacious accommodation in a central location

Pros: The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, immaculately maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was conveniently located just two doors down, where we were truly spoilt with excellent coffee, fresh pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, and delicious cut-up fruit. From our apartment, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Fontana di Piazza d’Aracoeli. The location was perfect — within easy walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

Cons: A little noisy, with the traffic, but there were earplugs and you could also close the shutters.

Great location and authentic interiors

Pros: The location cannot get any better - proximity to places of attraction, right next to public transport, and excellent views from the windows. The two rooms - living and one bedroom are spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast selection is small but fine; the staff at the cafe was accommodative of our requests.

Cons: The pantry was squeezed in the wardrobe area and wasn't comfortable to use. There is no dedicated space to wash dishes and store them properly; it has to be done in the bathroom and stored somewhere in the small space which is actually meant to be the walk-in wardrobe/closet outside the bathroom. The bathroom did not have a lock, and the window blinds were missing. The wi-fi was fine in the living room but not adequately strong in the bedroom.

Beautiful apartment.

Pros: Beautiful traditional B&B. Very comfortable bed, room lovely and cool even though mad hot outside. Very clean. Host was lovely and welcoming. Location was perfect.

Cons: Needs a kettle. Tea/coffee maker no good for tea and being British need a cup of tea.

We loved Rome and enjoyed every minute and staying at this Bed and Breakfast made is so much easier and accessible.

Pros: Comfortable, clean and a great location with amazing views! Photos taken from our room.

Cons: Nothing really. Suggestion maybe to install a shower.

Amazing stay... We'll be back

Pros: The location was amazing. Besides being walking distance to all the places of interest and main shopping streets, there's a bus stop right in front of the property and the metro is just a few meters away which is very convenient. Not to mention the awesome view of the Vittoriano and Piazza Venezia. It was also very clean. Claro, who was very helpful, asked us when we would like our room to be cleaned. We said every other day which was enough for us but if we had said every day, I'm sure he would have complied to our request. Last but definitely not least I have to mention Maurizio who, although we never got to meet, was always there to help through messages which he answered at once, complying with our requests as necessary.

Cons: Rather than things we didn't like, it's more about things that could upgrade the property like a small kettle and a few teabags + small packs of sugar and milk pods. There was just a coffee machine. I don't like coffee and I love a cup of tea when I wake up in the morning. I know that Italians do not normally have tea, but your guests are normally foreigners. Another thing is breakfast. It was adequate of course and enough to keep you going for the whole morning but a few more choices like cereals or perhaps a cooked breakfast would be lovely. Other than that everything was perfect.

Pros: The location is excellent. From the windows of the apartment, we can enjoy the gorgeous views of Piazza Venicia, Cathedral St. Maria and Capitol Hill. We can walk to almost everywhere. There are lots of restaurants and shops around. The staff is very helpful, providing very clear information. We did check in and out without any difficulty. The decorations is classical.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy at night, because the bus stops are just in front of the house. But I have no problem with sleeping.

Pros: Clean nice apartment, enough space and location was excellent.

An incredibly beautiful view.

Pros: The accommodation was amazing, the owner was helpful, interested, kind, allowed early check-in. The most beautiful accommodation in the city we have ever been to, you are literally part of living Rome. The view is incredible. Plus, there is a bus stop at the accommodation. An elevator is available for people with mobility problems. Perfect, we will definitely be back.
