Pros: It is located in a central place. The room was clean & tidy & cosy.

Cons: The door of the front door is not easy to open. We tried to open many times with the key but it is very hard. The staff is not present at the desk after 6pm. What if something happens and we need help? Its not good that no one is present after 6pm.

Good location

Pros: Location was superb. Was able to walk everywhere.

Cons: Breakfast arrived 45 minutes early one morning. Anyone, not quite so young and mobile might struggle to get into the bath/shower in one of the rooms behind reception .

Excellent central location, lovely facilities, warm and friendly staff

Pros: Really great location and a comfortable and cozy room. Getting a free breakfast was also the icing on the cake.

Cons: Cannot think of anything really. Perhaps an upgrade on the towels.

Fantastic stay - conveniently located and fantastic breakfast!

Pros: Convenient location - close to Trevi Fountain & Spanish steps & approx. 10-15 leisurely walk to colosseum!

Cons: Perhaps preference for brighter room light and instructions how to change tv channels but all minor issues to a great stay !

Fantastic.

Pros: The young man at reception who was there during our stay (apologies we forgot your name) but he was the best and had excellent customer service as well as the rest of the staff. The location was perfect. We had no issues and everything was done to make us feel comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location, and even more when the metro station is completed. Lovely staff.

Cons: The air conditioning in the room was weak,, but that was the only slight minus.

Great weekend break

Pros: Fantastic location, great breakfast in which we requested to have earlier on our last day due to an early flight. The staff brought it the night before which was a lovely gesture.
