Pros: I arrived earlier and was able to check in. The room was clean and well kept. Good location with easy access to the city and multiple restaurants.

Lovely place to stay in a safe and pleasant area close to Trastevere

Pros: The manager was very helpful leading up to our stay and very welcoming once we arrived. The property is in a very nice area of Rome with tree lined streets and big houses. The garden was welcoming, and the room was spacious with good quality fittings - particularly the bathroom. A taxi to and from Trastevere old town was about 15 euros, or a 20-30 minute walk (downhill there, uphill coming back). The room rate was very good compared to others nearby.

Cons: Only the location. We found it hard work getting from Roma Centrale station. A bus is the most direct but I read that they didn't allow large suitcases so we tried the metro and train. It's straight-forward between the airport and Trastevere though - just one train and a 20 minute journey. I think I'd take a taxi to the guest house next time. There are a lot of steps to carry your luggage up from either of the 2 nearest train stations. Quattro Venti is the nearest with a 10 minute walk. Trastevere is more like 25 minutes.

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful place to stay. Kept very clean and great air con in the room. Would definitely stay again

Cons: On a bit of a hill, so maybe not best for people that don't want to walk much. About an hour's walk to the Colosseum & other attractions

I had a great time and felt very safe.

Pros: The apartment met my needs very well as I had an extended stay in Rome. It was comfortable very clean reflecting its newness. It is situated in a pleasant area with local supermarkets and restaurants. The helpfulness of the staff can’t be overstated especially Maurizio and Daniella. The area is well serviced by trams and buses.

Peaceful oasis in Rome

Pros: Peaceful location at the top of Monteverde district and short walking distance from Trastevere and the center. My room was very spacious and had a great view of Rome and a terrace next to it. Host Massimo was really friendly and helpful.

Cons: Everything was perfect except maybe the bed could have a bit more comfortable.

All in all, recommendable accommodation with a very good price-benefit ratio.

Pros: The accommodation is located in a clearly beautiful and top residential area. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city and 5 minutes by tram. Nice accommodation and nice owners. The room is clean and well maintained by the staff during the stay. Via Parco del Gianicolo you can reach the Vatican City through the beautiful nature. You can find everything you need in the surrounding area. A whole week is ideal to explore the whole city.

Cons: The room is cold. You have to maintain the temperature yourself.
