Cons: The breakfast that was included could have included more options, otherwise everything was A-OK.

Perfect place to stay in Roma

Pros: Perfectly located, nice view, big grocery shops, cafes next to the building. The bus goes directly from front of the house towards Pz. Venezia - from where all monuments are easy to walk to. Very nice local and safe area, don't forget to check out the street market on sunday. The room had a very nice interior. The host was very kind.

Pros: Fantastic location for an incredible price. I was really pleased with my stay!

Cons: The shower was unreliable: cold and not very strong!

Perfect for a short and last minute city break

Pros: Had everything I needed… private bathroom with shower, shampoo, comfortable bed & not lots of unnecessary furnishings. The host was efficient & communicated well.

Cons: Someone stole one of our bottles of water out of the communal fridge, but this doesn’t really reflect badly on the property rather another guest.

Pros: Size of bedroom..huge..parquetry flooring..8ft ceilings.Trams ..frequent & .go to colosseum area.& beyond...convenient train line on airport line ..30min..share kitchen.quiet..washing machine..free dry on balcony..jacuzzi nice could be hotter...

Cons: Italian breakfast only coffee & croissant..no towel rack..mirror too high..no foyer or seating for personnel contact..its in business.. block..only 15min top walking from station to block..value for money..better than most rooms.

Pros: The building is in a great neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk from Roma Trastevere rail station and 10 minutes in the opposite direction from the nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The room is spacious with a jacuzzi bath tub. Fabio was a very accommodating host who let us leave our bags for the day after check-out. Just make sure you message before arrival because there's not always someone there at the building.

Great Place!

Pros: Most comfortable bed in our 7day roadtrip through Italy! Location is perfect! Free street parking in front of the building. Bus stop just a few minutes away by foot. Towels were changed daily. 5rooms in the apartment but you never really noticed any of the neighboring guests. Jacuzzi on the room was not needed but nice to have. 👍

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, I will recommend it anytime.

Pros: Everything was great, it was clean and comfortable. The directions was clear and easy. The breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs was just a coffee and croissant. Bus stop easy accessible to the city. Lovely restaurants along the street.

Cons: We travel by car, Parking was 'n problem. The host was not very helpful with it. Find a Parking garage by ourselfs 1,2km from the apartment. But if you travel by train or bus, that will be no problem.

Comfy property in a great location

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is located in a great neighborhood in a walking distance to the main attractions, restaurants and cafes. There is also a public transport right outside the building. The room is clean and comfy. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. There is also a kitchen with tea/coffee that you can use. The owner, Fabio, was nice and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.
