Pros: It is great pleace for staying in rome . balcony and cozy atmosphare is great .Clean and comfortable place.

Cons: Room ligiting is not good , 1 light is on but is was not enough. There have no option for iron . It is a lottle bit far from centre probably 25- 30 minute by bus

Pros: It is good, safe, and communication is very excellent. Location is perfect.

Cons: One bed sheet was dirty.

Pros: Very nice neighborhood. Very close to public transport. Direct lines to center.

Cons: Could be little bit more clean. Could have some Caffè in the kitchen.

Great stay in Rome near city center

Pros: It is a great room with private bathroom very close to all the main attractions. Also a shared kitchen area with all the necessities is a great bonus to have.

Great place with a walking distance from the city centre. Recommend!

Pros: The location was incredible, we felt very safe and it was a quick walk from Trastevere. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: The hallway was a bit damp and the kitchenette was tiny. We wanted to use it more, but it felt really cramped. Also, the window in our bedroom was broken.

Pros: Great location. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop to get to the centre.. Ideal for trastevere train station and connections to Fiera di Roma for me.

Cons: Provide some tea/coffee.

Pros: Great place and service! Very nice and clean room at convinient location, we loved the vibe of the neibourhood. Our host was very kind and responsive to our requests, he let us check in early and helped us with local advice and recommendations. Thank you, Daniele🙏

Good enough, but could do with some updates

Pros: The location is great if you'd like to keep some distance from the craziness of the town center. We were close enough to walk everywhere but far away enough that it felt relaxing after a long day to get to such a quiet part of town and calm building. Having said that, you're also incredibly close to Trastevere, one of the coolest neighborhoods you'll find in Rome. The apartment was small but the room felt huge, the AC was a great plus as Rome was incredibly hot when we visited. The kitchenette had everything necessary to cook our breakfast every morning and the small fridge was plenty for the time we spent there. We were very pleased with the host as well, who suggested great restaurants and always answered our messages promptly.

Cons: Even though there was AC in the bedroom, the entryway and kitchen were unbearably hot, the thermostat always showed 26 degrees and even though we tried to lower it the temperature never actually went down. Also, for the whole time we were there there was never dishwashing detergent, which we told the host and were told in return to just use the soap from our bathroom to do our dishes, not ideal. While the bedroom and bathroom were mostly clean, there were a few dusty cobwebs on the ceiling right above the bed, and some dust in the bathroom as well. On the same subject of cleanliness, we were really excited to have a balcony where we could relax at the end of the day, or have breakfast in the morning, but unfortunately it was super dirty and not very inviting, as seen in the picture. Upon coming into the bedroom we were super stoked to have a big wardrobe, which isn't always available in rooms like this, but unfortunately there were no hangers so we still had to live out of our suitcases for the entire trip when it would have been much more relaxing to have some place to put everything away. Another less positive thing was the bed, which felt like it could break apart at any moment (a screw actually came loose at some point), the mattress and pillows were also quite uncomfortable, but the worst of all were the sheets, which felt cheap, overused and incredibly scratchy. None of this is the end of the world, but all could definitely be easily improved.
