Amazing experience
Pros: I had a wonderful time at this guesthouse! The location is perfect — close to public transport and all the main sights of Rome, yet quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, hot water, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I especially want to highlight the hospitality of the host — very friendly, always available, and gave great recommendations for restaurants. I felt completely at home. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely come back if I’m in Rome again!

Pros: Lovely comfortable bedroom space, well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast when other guests were out, nice and light large windows with beautiful tree and view outside.
Cons: Not a lot of privacy as it’s a small apartment shared with other guests. The doors were not sound proofed and as both bedrooms open to the living space you could hear the other guests as if they were in your room. Place mentions coffee shop and pastries with 24 hour reception however there was neither. Host was however friendly and avail by wats app and supermarket close by. Perhaps host meant coffee available with Nespresso coffee machine and pods provided which was great. Breakfast was packaged small cake/ biscuit however we were happy to prepare our own. Keys were not available to take out from apartment and our bedroom key opened the other bedroom in the apartment meaning we shared a key left in the living room avail to both guests. Host mentioned this was because previous guests lots their keys trusting this is fixed now? Complicated system to enter apartment with phones electronically meant we needed charged phones or couldn’t enter apartment. Only mention these things as feedback for host to improve otherwise a good stay.

A room with a view.
Pros: Great location for us close to Trastevere. Excellent restaurant 200m up the road, great food and wine. Easy walk to Quattro Venti station for a3 min train to the Vatican. Beautiful view from our room.

Pros: Laura is grest host! She was very helpful and kind all the time, giving tips. The house was great, included everything what you will need. Only 10min from train station and metro station. Totally recomend 100000/10

Pros: I loved the surroundings, the house was near M.C. Escher's house in Italy, so that was unexpected but great to see. Also, there were nice restaurants near it, such as Osteria Poerio. The room was clean, and the living room was nice and comfty. Very nice view from the bedroom. The host was very nice and she gave us a map of the city with all of the must see places, which we loved. She also was very helpful when I needed an iPhone charger.
Cons: Every time after we flushed the toilet, a bad smell came out of the bathroom. I didn't realize it was on top of a hill, and we had to walk a lot to get there, but that's on me.

Pros: Que departamento hermoso, cómodo, tranquilo, limpio equipado y súper bien ubicado. Laura se encargó de que nuestra estancia en Roma sea única. Desde Cafè, Agua y servicios que no estaban incluidos en la reserva, detalles que hacen que tu estancia sea más placentera y te sientas como en casa. Son dudas volveré a hospedarme en mis futuras visitas a Roma.

Pros: Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Die Lage war tiptop, zu Fuss kam man gut ins Ausgehviertel Trastevere, ein Lebensmittelladen, ein Markt und ein paar Restaurants waren um die Ecke zu finden. Im Gemeinschaftsraum gab es Kaffee/Tee/Milch/Kekse/Butter und Marmelade und es wurde täglich der Frügstückstisch gedeckt. Das war schon sehr gediegen. Die Möglichkeit unser Auto in eine Garage zu stellen haben wir sehr geschätzt.
Cons: Das Schlüssel-Management übers Handy/Internet. Ein physischer Schlüssel wäre mir viel lieber gewesen. Auch dass ich vorgängig Fotos von meinem Ausweis senden musste hat mich eher verunsichert. Ein Tisch im Zimmer wäre noch gut.
