Pros: Great place, amazing location, the staff absolutely great, they even offered us free coffee and we could leave our luggage the day of the departure, the place and the rooms are simply great. Thanks

Cons: One of our rooms was next to the reception and in the morning I could hear everyone speaking as it was inside the room, maybe the reception should open later I don’t know but at 7.30 all this noise was a bit too much

A great place to stay in a fantastic location to visit the sights of Rome

Pros: Great location. Room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: The second room was perfect. The location is superb. Paulo and Vitorio were very helpful and great hostess. Especially, when we needed them to help with smartphone that fall through the gap in the elevator cabin they were very empathic and supportive. Much appreciated.

Cons: In the first room there wss no door for the shower. A/C did dnt work. One of the staff was nit pleasant when we asked for additional towel or toilet paper.

Excellent stay. Excellent view. Excellent location.

Pros: We loved the view from the room - which was exceptional. We loved the shower facility and the TV, which were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect with a fantastic coffee shop selling fresh barista coffee and pastries outside the front door.

Cons: We did struggle to get the AC working properly when the room got quite warm at night. Eventually, we did manage to resolve this on our own, but the room did get quite warm in the evening.

Pros: The accommodation has an excellent location – most major sights are within walking distance, which makes exploring Rome very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the room is spacious and nicely designed.

Cons: The entrance and exit to the room are through a shared terrace, where other guests sometimes sit, which can feel a bit uncomfortable as they can see into the room. Also, sound insulation could be better – noises from the neighboring room and terrace can be heard, which might bother light sleepers.

Heart of Rome with great transport links and helpful staff!

Pros: I LOVED staying here - it was easy to access, a great location and the staff helpfully carried my luggage to my room for me (it was on a mezzanine). The room was very spacious and had a fridge, plus USB sockets. Offered coffee machine and free breakfast pastry if you didn’t do the full breakfast. Also let me leave my luggage upon checkout.

Cons: Shower pressure was a bit low and took a while to get warm - but a minor quibble when the rooms were so big!

Pros: Location is perfect! Everything is a 20 minute walk away. The building felt safe and secure. Despite reading reviews about the room being small, it was perfect for a weekend stay, and having your own private terrace was special. The room was kept tidy and we always came back to a made bed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: I’d recommend going up/down one at a time on the stairs to the mezzanine room. Nothing else to add, it was the perfect stay!

Lovely little homey stay with great food.

Pros: Great location - easy walk to most high traffic spots. Lovely staff, great breakfast available for 10 euro each. Easy access and great help for understanding Rome.
