Clean & modern apartment in central Rome

Pros: Modern and clean apartment in a central location with breakfast included. Walkable distance to all main tourist attractions. Michele, who checked us in, was very friendly and super responsive throughout our stay with any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Cons: The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze, but other than that, everything was great!

Pros: For me personally, the biggest advantage was the location, as everything was very close by. Secondly, the room was quite clean. We stayed for five nights, and our towels were changed on the third day. And last but not least, Matteo, the guy who welcomed us was very helpful as he gave us some important information about our stay in Rome. Thank you Matteo 🙏🏻

Cons: The only disadvantage was that the soundproofing was not very good. Since the rooms were close to each other, we could hear people coming in and out quite clearly. However, I don’t think this is something that would significantly affect the overall stay

Pros: Beautiful, clean room with a convenient common room for making tea, coffee and cooking. We were met by an amazing host who recommended local cafes and places to visit. The code system for entering is easy and convenient. The location is great, 5 min from the pantheon, 20 min walk to the Colosseum, close to bus stops.

Pros: The hosts were excellent at check-in, helping carry our bags up the stairs and organising a seamless airport shuttle. Breakfast at the local café was included and was also great, with wonderful staff and service.

Cons: The only downside was that there were quite a few flights of stairs to reach the property.

Good place for a few nights in Rome

Pros: Great location, the room looks really nice and modern, it was really clean and Mateo, The welcome agent was really nice to us and patient. The bathroom was really nice and welcoming, hot water all the time, shared kitchen with everything you need except for a trashcan.

Cons: Second floor no elevator keep in mind if you have a big and heavy suitcase. The location is great, but it’s kind of Center so at night you could hear the people downstairs from the bars or the cars even if the window is closed. The toilet made really odd sound like it wasn’t stable, low pressure on the water in the shower, sometimes the smell that was coming out from the toilet or the pipes was really unpleasant.

Quiet. Clean. Beautiful. Comfortable. Perfect.

Pros: We both loved everything about the property. Away from the busier streets and quiet, even in the middle of Rome. Clean from top to bottom and spacious. Rustic interior stairways and corridors with a slight modernity about the room itself. Large, authentic shutters doubled up with modern windows for shutting out the city noise. The staff who greeted us at the door to the building showed great hospitality by serving us a coffee and walking us through door access, checking out, a map of nearby attractions and even pointed out tourist traps to avoid. Common room down the corridor had a kettle, a microwave, a hob, a sink with a cupboard full of cups and glasses, a coffee machine, coffee pods, teas and sugars all complimentary, alongside two small bottles or prosecco and water in our room’s mini fridge.

Cons: There was an issue with a shower once we arrived (no hot water), I contacted the member of staff on WhatsApp and within an hour it was fixed. So overall, a perfect stay.

10/10 would recommend

Pros: This property was so central to all of the major attractions around Rome. We were around a 5 min walk from the pantheon, and 15 mins to both the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. It was also a 10 min walk from Trastevere. Really cute wine bar below! I couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

Terrific apartment and staff couldn’t do enough for you

Pros: Very central and the apartment is spotless The rooms are so quiet and you get a brilliant sleep You get a free breakfast voucher for a cafe nearby and the croissants are amazing just what you need to start your day The more nearer you go to landmarks we noticed the food was not very good all pre made and microwaved Not what I expected in Rome but there is so many visitors So to get nice food stick to the restraunts next to apartment on square or head to traverste where there is really good restraunts Around a 10-15 min walk from apartment opposite end of where you would walk to landmarks Landmarks are around 20 min walk most of them and getting the hop on hop off bus is a definite must Saying that I wouldn’t go back to Rome as a city as was very dissapointed in the food and the shopping is not good either Best restaurant is tonarello highlighted in the pictures we went there every night food amazing

Cons: Nothing the apartments were brilliant

I would definitely stay at this accommodation again when i next book Rome.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Location was perfect and ideal to get around Rome especially when we were only staying for 2 days. Quite property making it feel more relaxing.
