Pros: Very beautiful room (small but exactly what a couple need- with balcony), top location and the cleanliness was EXCELLENT! The staff was amazing, we had what we need anytime. Stephania and all the other girls was perfect.

Perfect place before Christmas

Pros: Everything was perfect. From the bed to the bathroom, it was all we really needed. The view from the terrace was amazing. Stef was super friendly and helpful. She left us a little gift since it was our anniversary and she brought us breakfast to our room. Convenient, easy to reach and good price too, considering that we stayed just a few nights before Christmas too.

Pros: Excellent location, short walks to main tourist sights. Stefania was absolutely lovely, nothing would be too much trouble. Lovely bedding and a really good hairdryer!

Cons: A bit of noise at night from the road and trams.

Wonderful stay defined by great hospitality and a superb location

Pros: Our stay was fantastic, starting with the excellent breakfast, which was conveniently delivered to our room after ordering the day before. The location is unbeatable, offering easy walking access to all major attractions. Special commendation goes to the check-in experience: the receptionist gave us a thorough tour, including the rooftop, and provided invaluable local advice—from excellent dining recommendations to great, non-touristy spots for a drink.
