Great time was had ,all the attractions were very close and can be a walkable.

Pros: Location was fantastic close to main attractions just a short walk to main street.

Cons: Bed was very comfortable.

Fabulous location and informative host

Pros: Appreciated the inclusion of breakfast at nearby cafe - staff there were also great. Our host’s agent (Mateo) informed us of places to eat and areas to visit were very helpful and turned out to be great recommendations. Location was so central and convenient, loved it and would recommend to others.

Cons: The inability to adjust the AC was a little inconvenient in managing temperature (as we were advised it wasn’t working properly on arrival) but that was our only gripe and think if it was a major issue it would have been prioritised as maintenance reporting process was clarified with us.

Great location, delicious breakfast but on the expensive side.

Pros: Great location, 5 min walk to Pantheon, cafe’s & restaurants a 2 min walk away. Decorated nice, had coffee machine.& pods available in the room as well as in the shared kitchen space (we didn’t use this but was there if wanted to). Breakfast was 10/10, lovely cafe just at the end of the street, indoor & outdoor seating, the most amazing filled croissants (I recommend the chocolate or pistachio), a hot drink & juice also included, just enough to get your day started.

Cons: The shower wasn’t very clean, it had mould in the corners - not a major issue but would’ve expected it to be cleaned/removed prior to arrival. The cost of our stay was expensive for what it was, this may be due to location but it was about £100 more than I would say worth. Little hard to find the apartment but good communication via WhatsApp so not a big problem. Walls are VERY thin, you can hear everything from the rooms around you.

Great price/quality; central location in between the major attractions and areas.

Pros: The room was modern, clean and spacious. Plenty of storage. The breakfast bar was nearby and excellent. Nice bathroom, good beds.

Cons: The shutters only party block out the light and there was often light coming from the corridor. If you need complete darkness to sleep like me, that was less convenient.

Pros: Good location, perfect distance to easily walk wherever you need to be and cute little cafe/bar on the corner. Comfortable bed and good amenities. Matteo was super helpful and gave us great recommendations for food & site seeing.

Cons: There's a street light right outside the window that lit up the room at night but we just used eye masks and it wasn't an issue.

Comfortable stay in a great location!

Pros: Such a fabulous location, all tourist sites were within walking distance. Matteo was very helpful and provided us with a map of Rome and recommendations for places eat/drink. The room was clean, comfortable bed and had great air conditioning. My partner needed to do a bit of work so it was great to have a communal area available.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from the people in the room above us - we could hear them walking around and dropping things on the floor.

Comfortable, close, and pleasant.

Pros: The facilities are amazing, comfortable, and very close to the center of Rome. The staff is very friendly — 100% recommended.

Cons: I would probably recommend housekeeping for the room once a day.

A great stay! Perfect location and comfortable room

Pros: We had a great stay here it is perfectly located to be able to walk almost anywhere while also being a quiet area. Everything was clean and the room has everything you would need for a short stay (including aircon which was great after a day of exploring Rome in summer!) Check in/out was seamless and we were given lots of recommendations which were very helpful!

Great city, great location, great accommodation

Pros: Great location, 20-30 walk to most attractions. Fabulous spacious room with funky decor and very comfy. Great communication with Matteo, who met us there for checkin, the day before we travelled and on the day. Lots of info and recommendations given for the area too.

Fantastic location and brilliant room

Pros: The location couldn’t be beaten- 10 minutes walk to most of the central Rome tourist attractions! Communication regarding check in was clear and responses were prompt. Matteo met us to check in and showed us how everything worked. The breakfast of a hot drink and a croissant was a great start to each day. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome!
