Pros: Hi....very quiet inside/out. Convenient to buy foodstuffs as there are nearby mini markets and a supermarket 5 minutes by walk. Round the corner can go for breakfast in cafes and for meals there are restaurants too.

Good location. Friendly staff

Pros: Location was good. Close to station and a 20-30 min walk to Colosseum or Trevi Fountain with decent restaurants right outside the door. We asked for a kettle and got one. Thank you

Good but not great.

Pros: The location was very good, convenient and quite quiet. A comfortable room and bed, en-suite bathroom and complete privacy.

Cons: The receptionist was a bit unapproachable and there was no kettle. To me a kettle should be in every hotel room. In all honesty I'm not sure if I would stay there again if I go back to Rome.It was the cheapest hotel so if they get a kettle I might change my mind. In summary, not all great but there were definitely positive points. I don't like being negative.

Nice hotel with nice staff and good location

Pros: This hotel has good location where it is close to the Rome Termini and City center, The staff is nice and helpful. The room is clean, silent and comfortable. The WiFi works well.

Cons: The room is little bit small but is comfortable.

Basic and clean accommodation

Pros: Clean and simple accommodation. A nice walk to spanish steps around 25 mins.

Cons: Bathroom was tiny but my friend's bathroom was large and spacious. We arrived at 7 minutes past midnight and they charged 10 euro per room as a late check in fee so be mindful of this charge. There is an old fashioned lift and the door must be closed for it to work and on the morning we checked out a female worker was very rude and accused us of leaving the door open - which we did not so she should think carefully before she speaks to customers as it left an unpleasant vibe about wanting to stay again.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. It was cleaned every day, the towels were new every day. Very quite and pleasant. Very comfortable beds! If I be back at Rome I would choose Lazzari again ❤️
