Fantastic base in Rome close to the central train station

Pros: The bed was super comfy, and the rooftop bar/restaurant was great and the overall location was close to the train station. Air con was really powerful. It has stairs that can take you directly to the roof bar.

Cons: Bathroom was functional but on the small side, but the outside sink was good overall. Breakfast was tasty and lots of seats in the resturant, but the buffet room is small so you get a lot of people battling it out for food.

Was so so lovely, was perfect

Pros: How close it was to the attractions even by walk but also perfect positions for a bus. A lovely roof top bar!!!

Cons: The room was smaller than the picture looked

Excellent stay

Pros: The Guardian was my second stay at this hotel. The location is great — about a 10-minute walk to Termini, yet it’s in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. You can also reach the city center in around 20 minutes on foot. This time, the hotel kindly upgraded my room, and I stayed in a suite on the 6th floor. It was beautiful, and the terrace view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was also quite good and more than sufficient. I was very satisfied with everything, and I will definitely continue choosing this hotel for my future trips to Rome.

This was a very nice stay and we hope to come back in future.

Pros: Big and clean room, air con working like new, nice breakfast with nice selection, good location - close to Termini station but not noisy in the evenings.

Cons: Very limited (to 3 pinsas and bolognese) selection from hotel menu.

Like visiting an old friend.

Pros: Location great which is why I chose. Breakfast ok. It would have been nice to have had some of Italian fresh bread. I have stayed at the hotel several times previously when it was Smooth hotel

Cons: I consider all hotels should sell bus tickets and save me with a walking stick searching for tabacchi .it is in the government interest to encourage the use of public transport

Great hotel for an overnight stay in Rome, breakfast was excellent , great rooftop bar and friendly staff.

Pros: The location was great and the breakfast was amazing as was the rooftop bar.

Cons: The room really was too small, really suitable for an overnight stay not for much longer. There is just an open hanging space with one drawer. There is no where to put anything, no storage at either side of the bed just a shelf. No where to sit except one tiny stool. This hotel was booked by our tour company as the first night on a tour of Tuscany, we chose to stay for 2 nights prior to our departure maybe our mistake.
