The hotel is in a nice safe area, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are great.

Pros: The hotel is in a lovely area. It is a budget hotel that for the money is superb. I only stayed 1 night, the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Room and bathroom was very clean. Bed made daily. Service was fantastic- they let me check in early, around midday, and held my bag for me on the day of checkout. Air-conditioning worked very well in room. No problems with bathroom. Unlike other reviews, the room itself was not too small. Just not well laid out so have to squeeze to get past bed. But more than fine! Great Location.

Cons: Soundproofing was the greatest issue. Could hear guests staying next door. Fortunately other guests were very respectful of quiet times. No safe in room. But more than fair for price of the room.

Pros: The location is perfect with lots of buss connections Clean, queit at night, fair value for money. Fridge in the room, free extrass like teas and coffee and hot water

Cons: Our room was a bit dark, due to the specific window location and if someone makes noise in the corridor, you can hear it too well.

Pros: very friendly staff, you also have a free coffee and tea in guesthouse at all times.

Pros: The staff working here are incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely delightful! The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and towels were perfectly clean. The location is ideal, Of course, in the morning you can hear the street, scooters, cars, and the occasional police siren, but I think you can easily consider it part of the local 'tourist experience' I definitely recommend this lovely little hotel. At the reception there is also a small kitchenette that guests can use, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and always fresh cookies, which is a really nice touch.

Pros: The first thing I’d like to mention is that the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or an issue, there was always someone available to assist me. One day when I came back, my bed had been made, but none of my belongings had been touched — that gave me a real sense of trust. Later, I mentioned that I didn’t need that service, and they responded with the same friendly attitude. I can say the location is perfect in every way. You can easily walk both to the train station and to anywhere else you need to go. There’s also a supermarket and a place to buy cigarettes very close by. I got around everywhere on foot. My room was small, but honestly, it was more than enough for me since I only used it for sleeping. My window looked directly out onto the street, and I really enjoyed watching what was happening outside. If I ever come back to Rome, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

Pros: Loved it there, I arrived around 9 in the morning and they were able to give me a room right away. The staff was very sweet and helped me out a lot. The place itself was in a great location and there were a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall recommend for all!

Its my favourite place to stay when Icome to Rome.

Pros: It’s kept an old world charm and is located in a very posh and central area. The staff is warm and friendly and extremely courteous.

Comfortable but over priced

Pros: Everything was really good and the stuff was really helpful, offered me free coffee and water, kept my luggage safe.

Cons: The cost was really over priced comparing with the other hotel in same area

Nice apartments near Termini

Pros: Good location near Termini and touristic locations. Bed and pillow were good. Nice value for money.
