Pros: The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very secure. It’s well equipped including an easy to use coffee machine. Marco is a considerate and communicative host. The property is convenient to a range of food and transport options - including metro stations, buses and Ostiense station. Obviously a little out of the central area, but ideal if you want to be where Romans live - with an easy walk to the Aventine, Palatine and Celia areas.

Perfect little flat in South Rome: spotless, well-equipped, and hosted with care.

Pros: Marco, the host, was exceptionally friendly and professional. He contacted me a few days before arrival to confirm my check-in time and made sure to be there personally to hand over the keys. The flat was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed: towels, coffee, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and even a washing machine. It’s in a quiet residential building with cafés next door, plus a bakery and supermarkets within 100 metres. Marco was also incredibly flexible with check-out, kindly adjusting to my travel plans. All in all, an impeccable host and a perfectly managed stay.

Cons: The flat doesn’t get much direct sunlight due to its position in the building, but that wasn’t an issue for me as I was out most of the day. There’s plenty of artificial lighting, and the heat pumps make it warm and comfortable when needed.

Pros: Very friendly and available host with a clean and comfy place to stay. Especially after a long day walking through the city. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The apartment is situated between 2 subway stations. Nearby are cafes and supermarkets. Marco the host was very amenable. We didn't have any issues with the accommodation. One of the best we have stayed in.

Pros: Very nice host, always in touch, the apartment is very clean, cozy and spacious. There was everything you need and even more. Very convenient to get to any part of the city, there is a metro and a bus stop nearby. The bed is also super comfortable, after long walks around the city it was a joy to just lie on the bed :) We were delighted! The owner was very nice, always available for any questions, we arrived very late and the owner's father met us, showed and told us everything. There is a wonderful balcony, where it was so cozy to sit in silence with a glass of wine) The apartment really matches all the photos, there is absolutely everything you need on vacation! The neighbors were also very nice, always said buongiorno, ciao )) When I will in Rome again, I will definitely stay in this place again!

Pros: Very clean and nicely furnished flat. Two underground stations nearby. Host is very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend :)

Estancia perfecta

Pros: El apartamento es más grande que en fotos, está en un barrio tranquilo pero cerca del centro a 10 min en metro. Marco muy simpático y responde rápido. El alojamiento está equipado con todo lo que se necesita y todo está muy nuevo y limpio. Sin duda repetiré en mi próximo viaje a Roma.

Pros: Pulizia, accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dell’host. Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione di Ostiense. Appartamento molto ben arredato e con molti confort (macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, prodotti per il bagno). Molto apprezzate le cialde per la macchinetta e cioccolatini e the e tisane a nostra disposizione.

Cons: Forse camera da letto un po’ rumorosa perchè attaccata al bagno o cucina dell’appartamento affianco (alla sera molto rumoroso).

L'accoglienza di Marco davvero eccezionale, ci ha fatto sentire a casa

Pros: Posizione comodissima, stanze molto ben riscaldate, letti comodi, e nel'insieme appartamento molto accogliente

Cons: Un piccolo punto su cui lavorerei sarebbe il lavandino del bagno da cui esce acqua solo fredda e il box doccia che avrebbe bisogno di una sostituzione
