Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: What a fantastic location. It has great transport links and the area feels like a proper neighbourhood. There are many great restaurants and bars close by, and a good supermarket. The apartment had everything we look for - a huge comfortable bed, a quiet bedroom, a good shower, good wifi and wine glasses! We don't cook on holiday but the kitchen looked well equipped with a large stove. The living room is comfortable when you have any time to relax. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by while we ate breakfast (brilliant cafe downstairs where we got takeaway coffee & fresh pastries). The neighbours were friendly as was our host, Luca, who very kindly let us in early - much appreciated. It really was the perfect stay in Rome, and we would highly recommend Luca's place.

Pros: The location is near the Metro and there is everything you need nearby.

Pros: Molto bello e pulito. Il letto era molto comodo. La location è perfetta. Che anche il lift. Luca was the perfect host. Even got me a lovely bottle of red wine.

Pros: Great location, out of the city so much quieter but great metro and bus services to easily get around. Clean, nice balcony and natural light.

Pros: We liked everything about the apartment. The apartment is well-maintained. There was basically everything for living with a child. The kitchen has everything for cooking (if needed) there is a coffee machine, a refrigerator and much more :) The owner Luka is very friendly, he met us, showed us and told us everything! If you have any questions and need help, he will help!:) There is a supermarket near the house, there are coffee shops and cafes where you can eat and have breakfast! It is also very convenient that there is a metro station nearby.

Cons: One minus is that you can only hear the street (since there is a road and a metro nearby). Of course, it didn't bother us, but overall everything is great.

Roma è sempre bella e qui siamo stati benissimo

Pros: Al Posto Di Luca è un eccellente appartamento, di dimensioni formato familiare e con una vista fantastica, aperta sul tramonto; è molto attrezzato e funzionale, vicino a tutto: metro, ristoranti, supermercati, monumenti, etc etc Luca è un gestore molto professionale e simpatico, che ti viene in aiuto per qualsiasi dubbio o problema. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per le prossime visite a Roma. Grazieeeeee Luca!!!

Pros: Great location with metro just a short walk away. Really friendly host who even helped take our bags down when we left them in the apartment on checkout day to go on our tour of the colleseum! Very easy to get hold of and had good recommendations for us.

Pros: Very spacious, clean and bright apartment, well equipped, with comfortable beds. The position is great, at short walking distance from Garbarella metro and the Ostiense train station. Luca was an amazing host and the check in was flexible and quick. Luca, thanks again for hosting us.

Pros: Centrale ligging, dichtbij de metro naar de stad en de trein naar het vliegveld. Erg leuke omgeving met veel horeca mogelijkheden. Ook was Luca erg vriendelijk en stond altijd voor ons klaar.
