Raeli Hotel Floridia

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any request, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Cleanliness was one of the aspects I valued the most — both the room and the common areas were impeccably maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was overall quite satisfying. The only small improvement I would suggest would be the inclusion of a wider selection of fresh fruit. The proximity to Termini Station was an unexpected bonus and proved to be extremely convenient for exploring the city and travelling to and from the airport. Additionally, the neighbourhood is quiet and we felt safe at all times, which greatly contributed to a relaxing and comfortable stay. Overall, I would happily recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

Pros: Very decent breakfast, nice service all around. Friendly faces and ready to help you. Nice place with everything a tourist would need on a few days vacations. Changing towels and sheets every day, was a pleasant surprise. Even the welcoming water in the room was nice gesture !!! ))

Cons: Maybe a water dispenser on every floor ? .

Pros: Big room, good location, good price, excelent staff, good breakfast buffet.

Cons: Shower shot random burst of hot boiling and ice cold water. Shower box is small.

Affordable, close to termini

Pros: Close to termini, you will find bus stops near by. Value for money

Cons: Bathroom had bathtub, if only it had shower curtain. Wets your floor after shower. But they do have drainage for bathroom floow

Very good stay at a reasonable price.

Pros: Good room and good location. Housekeeping staff was really good providing fresh linen everyday and keeping the room clean. The reception staff were helpful in clarifying any queries.

Cons: As reviewed elsewhere, the bathroom did not come with any curtains so showers usually meant a lot of water on the bathroom floors. Had to be managed during the stay. Not a big issue but, a small hassle.

In general, I would definitely recommend this hotel and might book it again.

Pros: The hotel was very nice amd clean , with al the necessary facilities and many mini markets around in case you need some food after 9pm. And in the day time there's a fruits&vegetables market on that street. The reception is very friendly and professional.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was breakfast coffee! It didn't even smell like coffee.. Very strange for Italy, I would say. Also it was a bit noisy, but that's because my room was right by the elevator.

Pros: Friendly staff,good location to go anywhere by walking, clean and tidy it was old though.

Pros: For that price, it was really cozy and clean accommodation. It was quiet and comfortable, with a good breakfast and kind staff. I would happily stay there again anytime 🙂 My friend and I thank you.

Pros: The room was fine and as expected for the price. The shower was problematic, no shower curtain and the shower head pointed directly over the middle of the bath so it just went over the floor. The water would suddenly go boiling hot so you would scold puts of your body.

Would recommend.

Pros: Location, the bed is very comfortable just to my liking. Regular housekeeping was observed. Also, the front desk staff are really nice and helpful. Special mention to Paul. Thank you so much for your help.
