Great place to stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional, always positive, incredibly welcoming, and eager to help with a smile. The room was well-presented and impressively clean, which we really appreciated. To top it off, the included breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had at a hotel; the quality and variety were definitely a step above the usual standard. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable, stress-free stay!

An enjoyable stay with exceptional service

Pros: Well presented; very clean; staff were helpful by giving us recommendations and every day when we left they offered and gave us bottles of water to take with us. The room was properly cleaned and replenished daily with coffee pods, clean towels, etc - they even folded our pjs that were left placed on the bed. Breakfast was yummy and the kids loved the options and again the wait staff were super attentive.

Cons: The bed was very hard so makes the stay hard - other than this though I couldn’t fault it.

Pros: Everything about our stay was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was staying here for my birthday, and the way they surprised and congratulated me honestly meant so much. It felt very thoughtful and personal, not formal or forced at all. From check-in to check-out, everything felt easy and warm. You really feel taken care of here.
