Pros: Clear & comfort rooms, but unfortunately small rooms as well. 15mins. to walk for city center. Nostalgic elevators reflects old city soul :) staff were friendly 👍🏼

Very good location!!
Pros: The recepcionist was kind, clean room, good aircon, small balcony, the location was perfect around 5min walking to Termini station , the building has an old elevator that supports 2 people (but it worked well). It was everything good with my stay..
Cons: Nothing to complain..

Pros: The rooms were as advertised, very clean. The staff were extremely amazing and helpful. Our flight arrived very early, and the lady there hosted us well, made us feel comfortable while waiting for our check-in
Cons: The only issue we had was the elevator. Can only take 1 people at a time and a bit slow.

Excellent location
Pros: Excellent location to the terminal. We arrived from the train and were five minutes from the terminal to the hotel, and from there we were close to the metro. Excellent location. We felt safe in the hotel, and the space was just right.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment from the moment I arrived. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the spotless surfaces, showed great attention to cleanliness and care, making the stay feel truly effortless and enjoyable.
Cons: In both rooms, the shower holders were faulty and didn’t function properly. They couldn’t support the shower head in a downward position, causing the water to spray uncontrollably over the shower screen and onto the bathroom floor. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it made showering frustrating and messy. The current holders clearly aren’t fit for purpose and really should be replaced with a more reliable design that keeps the water contained where it should be.

Pros: The location its very good near to city center like fountain trevi and via del corso you don’t need to use taxi
Cons: Its everything’s are good at The property but you need to change The TV instead the now to big screen.

Overall it was a pleasant stay there.
Pros: The room was very comfortable and tidy. It was nice that it was cleaned every day.
Cons: There wasn't always hot water. Sometimes the bath water pressure was weak and the tap was slow to drain.
