A relief to have a good quality hotel at such short notice, with helpful and supportive staff.

Pros: This was an unplanned trip as we were put off a flight to the UK due to my wife being taken ill. Booked the hotel for me and my daughter, needing a triple for my wife on discharge. Night porter helped me to keep in touch with the hospital as I don't speak Italian.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Met all of our expectations

Pros: Breakfast was nice, it wasn't a massive selection, but there were not 100's of people eating. So the selections were correct for the number eating.

Pros: Enjoyed the location close to the train station for early morning departure. Breakfast was a great feature that allowed us to to start our day on a good note. Staff was very helpful and informative. Size of the room and bathroom was great. Lots of hot water and pressure made for great showers.

Cons: Air conditioning didn't work well. Needed the windows closed to keep out the noise of the city. So it was warmer than we would have liked it to be in the room.
