A thoroughly enjoyable stay at the CIAO hotel.

Pros: Great location, very comfortable and clean room. Wonderful staff, especially the manager who helped me with my onward journey to Bologna.

Simply perfect.

Pros: Perfect accommodation, no flaws. Next to Termini station, a heavily policed area, very busy until 10 pm. We stayed in room 709, super clean, new bathroom and no noise. The service from the employee Trojan was exceptional, I highly recommend it.

Cons: The building's elevator is old-fashioned, but it doesn't detract from the quality of the accommodation. It's basically used to help carry luggage up and down.

Excellent location and very affordable

Pros: I highly recommend this accommodation. It is very comfortable, clean and conveniently close to Roma Termini station at a very good price. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly.

Friendly staff and great location

Pros: Very friendly staff who were helpful on request. Location across the train station, close to metro and bus station was the main reason to book here. Room was simple but clean with daily towel change and window you could open for fresh air.

Cons: The matras was a bit hard so not very comfortable for me. But that can happen and wasn't a deal breaker

Pros: The room was basic and clean. The 2 single beds were put together to create a double or king size bed - no issue with that. The sheets were clean and so were the towels. We just needed a place to crash out for 2 nights.

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink and shower drain ( a very common plumbing problems in old buildings). There was 1 bed side table but it would be nice to have 2 on both sides.

Safety 10/10: hotel just beside Roma Termini station. Very safe. Hotel at old building. So lift quite small & old. But room & hotel totalLy refurbish & modern. I will repeat again if i come Rome next time.

A lovely warm and very welcoming hotel. Very clean and close to the railway.

Pros: Lovely, very welcoming hotel. Staff are fantastic! Amazing information provided on places to visit and how to get there, all noted on the map to take with us. The rooms were warm, cosy and very clean.
