Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from Termini and well connected to the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made the stay smooth and pleasant. Overall, a great choice for a city break in Rome. And the room was cleaned every single day as well!

Pros: The staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. The bed is comfortable.

Cons: The room is dirty, which could be a health hazard. For example, the shower curtains are slimy, unpleasant, and need to be replaced. The shower itself also needs cleaning, and it’s designed in a way that all the water spills onto the floor no matter what, and there’s nothing to wipe it up with. There’s also an issue with the blanket. The room had a cold, icy floor, and even when the air conditioner is on, the temperature doesn’t change. The blanket is awful, old, and cold, with no duvet cover. Also, housekeeping may enter the room while you’re in the shower, as happened to me. This is because there should be a sign on the door to indicate whether housekeeping is needed. There was barely any soap, just enough for one day (I stayed for 5 days). The toilet paper situation was the same. Also, there are no curtains in the room, so people can see you through the window.

Worth to stay

Pros: Location is just next to the Roma Termini and easy to access restaurants and public transportation.

Cons: Shower room , need to be more good. when I was showering, water was going underneath of shower door , even though I put some tissues to stop the water. it is a very serious trip Hazard, please look into that. everything else good. Am happy to stay with you. Thank you.
