Pros: A truly wonderful stay, beyond expectations! The house is very comfortable, spotless, and well cared for in every detail—you really get that warm, welcoming “home away from home” feeling. The location is a major highlight: very close to the city center, making it easy to reach Rome’s main attractions without any stress. The rooms are spacious and cozy, each with a TV, and the bed is extremely comfortable—I slept really well and woke up refreshed every morning. Another fantastic bonus is that Villa Pamphili Park is right next to the house: perfect for a walk, a run, or simply relaxing in the greenery after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, peace and quiet, and a great base to explore Rome. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Staying at Daniel's house was truly a delightful experience! The rooms are well-designed, cozy, and impeccably clean, created to offer maximum comfort. Each bedroom has its own TV, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the city. One of the highlights is definitely the spacious balcony equipped with a table and chairs: a small corner of tranquility where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors or simply relax in the quiet atmosphere of the area. The location is excellent: the apartment is well situated in an elegant and peaceful residential neighborhood filled with great restaurants and bars also fast food , yet it remains very close to the historic city center. Tram and bus connections are convenient and efficient, making it easy to get around. and also the biggest park of Rome Villa Pamphili is 5 minutes walking from house this was great !!!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and the perfect base from which to explore the city!

Nice, clean, convenient.

Pros: Very easy and efficient communication with the hosts. While not excatly near, it has straighforward access to all the touristy places. A couple of nice restaurants a few minutes from the place. I recommend this stay.

Cons: The tram outside was a bit noisy but that's expected for the excellent conectivity it provides.

Pros: Really Good Place to stay and visit Rome beautiful and comfortable house in a quiet and residential area near the center of Cotta connected by Tram and bus, beautiful balcony where we had unforgettable breakfasts, both rooms with TV and very comfortable beds possibility of having soft and hard pillows, bathroom with tub kitchen with everything you need , coffee maker , Nespresso Machine with capsule even if we used it little and we preferred to taste Roman cuisine at the numerous restaurants near home. We highly recommend this location to better appreciate the beauty of the eternal city

Pros: charming and welcoming house, clean and warm and welcoming, quick and easy check in, the house has everything you need for a pleasant stay, 2 large rooms with TV, bathroom with shower and bathtub, fast internet connection and a nice balcony with table where we did beautiful breakfasts, the quiet and safe area well connected with buses and trams that allowed us to arrive comfortably and easily in the center, in the buzz of home, bars, restaurants and fast food... I highly recommend the ManaMana Bar right under the house where we have made some spectacular compulsions 😃 ultimately spectacular house we will definitely return

Pros: A truly wonderful surprise, a welcoming house with all the comforts and a beautiful balcony, great that both rooms have a really comfortable bed and a TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, the well-equipped kitchen with a really excellent Nespresso coffee machine!!! the area is full of bars and restaurants and is well connected thanks to tram N.8 you can easily reach the center in a few minutes!! what can I say? We highly recommend this bb if you want to enjoy a pleasant stay in the eternal city!! We will definitely be back 😀😀

Pros: La posizione ottima, l’ampiezza delle stanze pulite in modo impeccabile e il bagno spazioso. La casa è inoltre molto luminosa e i proprietari sono deliziosi

Departamento muy amplio y cómodo

Pros: El departamento es amplio y muy cómodo. Las camas son buenas. La cocina completa, dejan algunos condimentos, café y tes para utilizar. La ubicación, si bien es un poco alejada del centro, esta bien conectada por bus o tranvía, en media hora llegas al centro de Roma.

Cons: Está sobre una avenida muy transitada y se escuchan en forma casi permanente sirenas de ambulancias y bocinas, entiendo que es porque hay hospitales cercanos. De noche se reduce bastante el ruido.

Pros: Daniel il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile in tutto, veramente una brava persona. Posizione per noi perfetta, leggermente periferica ma comoda in tutto. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge un parco enorme e a 150 metri c'è la fermata del tram e del bus per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Roma. Supermercati, burgerking e pizza d'asporto quasi sotto casa. L'appartamento ha 2 camere molto comode e un bel terrazzino che abbiamo usato per fare delle piacevoli colazioni e cene. Sul resto non do pareri, parliamo comunque di un appartamento per affitti brevi, quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci sta.
