Cozy home close to the city center

Great value for money and the host is sweet and helpful!

Pros: The property looks exactly like in the pictures, and it’s very clean. The location is great, away from the craziness of the city center but still reachable by taxi/public transport. All amenities are available, you won’t need anything else. The AC works perfectly - much needed especially in summer time.

Cons: I liked everything. It’s one of my favourite stays on Booking and I would go there again.

Nice stay with a great host

Pros: It was modern clean and very comfortable. It had all the necessities you need!

Cons: It was a little away from the main centre however it was super quiet and the tram and bus lines were very accessible

Best accomodation in Rome

Pros: This apartment is the best I have ever stayed in Rome. Freshly renewed, very nicely decorated and perfectly clean! The bed was so comfortable, I want the same at home! The apartment is big and has a large balcony also. Less than 5 minutes walking from one of the best parks in town (Villa Pamphili). Very close to the bus stop to the center and Vatican city.

Cons: Nothing. It was really awesome! I definitely will come back!

Everything was just perfect!

Pros: The apartment is lovely! Spacious, bright, well equipped, in a great location (less tourists, the tram takes you to the city center, plus there are lots of local cafes around, which are very good). There’s also a beautiful balcony, spacious and newly furnished bathroom. Emanuela, the host, is fantastic too!

Cons: The street can be a bit noisy, but it’s part of the charm :)

Pros: Very cozy, well equippted, clean and nice place close to the Rome city. We really enjoyed staying there. Various transportation opportunities are close by the appartment. Host was very friendly and supportive.

I recommend Cosy home for your visit - the property and the owner together are fantastic!

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay - from the bottle of cold water that we had found and small chocolates to lunch boxes. We used the tram to the centre and the bus to the Vatican museums - both stops are just in front of the building. Special thanks to Emanuela - she was a wonderful host - very helpful and was responding via WhatsApp to all our queries. More than this - we left some clothes in the wardrobe and Emanuela came to the city centre to return them to us just to save us time.

Pros: Among the advantages: • very nice new renovation, the apartment is completely new, the apartment has all the amenities, everything you need for a comfortable stay; • friendly hostess who helped us with all questions and was always in touch; • regarding the convenience of the location, we had our car, there were no problems with parking, there was always a place on the street or somewhere nearby to leave the car, there is a bus stop almost opposite the exit of the apartment, so there should be no problems with public transport either.

Cons: About the cons I didn't find any :) I highly recommend these apartments if you want to spend a comfortable time in Rome.
