Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff, great breakfast and the hotel's location - perfect for walking to the most famous tourist attractions.

Cons: My room was above the kitchen, so early in the morning you could smell the aroma of food and hear the clatter of plates, but it was absolutely nothing!

Great choice for city break in Rome.

A cosy quite comfy stay

Pros: I really liked the location - quite close to the city centre and metro station Lepanto. The breakfast was great - served by menu and the coffee was super tasty. There is also a bistrot which works all day and many locals visit it. The place is quite. The mattress and pillows are really comfy, I had a great sleep there.

Cons: The hotel states it is 4-star, but in a 4-star hotel you usually get slippers and a bathrobe, which I didn't. At least slippers would be nice. Luckily I had my own.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel to celebrate a birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect, and the hotel really went above and beyond to make the day special. They helped us decorate the room and surprised us with complimentary treats, which was such a lovely touch. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and everything was clean, beautiful, and well cared for. The staff were wonderful overall, but I want to especially mention the receptionist. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. We left with only the best impressions and warm memories. Thank you so much to the entire hotel team — we would absolutely love to come back!

Pros: Very nice staff, both reception and the restaurant. We had a dinner on the 1st day of arrival (pinza was ok). Good choices of wine. Special thanks for very friendly treatment of a man from reception, really nice attitude to the guests! We could also leave our luggage until the late afternoon. The room was on the 2nd floor and fine enough.

Cons: For breakfast, I personally prefer a buffet style, but this is not really a big minus, just a comment. The shower was a bit small for a big person, but not dramatic, I have seen worse in Paris.

Pros: The Team was welcoming it with heartwarming kindness and high profession. We felt like home from the moment we entered the building. The rooms were great and the food and Coffee too.

Very pleasant Staff

Pros: The team running the hotel went out of their way to be kind. The hotel was a home away from home for the time I was there. The hotel is around the corner from a metro stop and the room was lovely. You can have dinner in the hotel as well and the food and ambiance were lovely. I would return.

Great location, lovely staff, somewhat a little disappointing.

Pros: The location and the room that was modern and clean. Also having a restaurant/ cafe on site was very convenient with good food at reasonable prices

Cons: The rooms are very close to the restaurant as well as the corridor that services the rooms have a common toilet that is used by the restaurant clients, so at times it was noisy people coming in and out and using the toilets
