A lovely, comfortable stay in a great location with warm service and excellent facilities.
Pros: We had a lovely stay at this five-star hotel in Rome. The facilities were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and as we were traveling as a family, they accommodated our request for nearby rooms, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view. We also enjoyed the outdoor area with the heated swimming pool — a great place to relax after sightseeing. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a well-located and comfortable hotel.
Cons: There were a few small points that could be improved. The beds were a bit firmer than we would have preferred, as we personally like softer mattresses. In the double rooms, a sofa or small seating area would have made the space more comfortable and practical. Additionally, the spa access fee of €50 per person for one hour felt somewhat expensive. While the facilities were good, it would have been nice if access was included for hotel guests or offered at a lower rate. Overall, these were minor points, but addressing them would make the stay even more enjoyable.

An exceptional choice for those seeking a touch of luxury in the heart of Rome. Everything was top-tier and perfectly si
Pros: A beautifully renovated building with a highly professional staff in the heart of Rome. The in-room service was high quality, and the bedrooms are spacious. The spa is a true gem, though small, it is very comfortable and offers hotel guests a private hour of relaxation. We unfortunately couldn't try the massages as they were fully booked, so be sure to reserve in advance. Absolutely suggested.

Staying at the Palazzo Dama was a great introduction to the beauty of Rome and hospitality of the Italian people!
Pros: Loved the ambience of the place, very stylish and boutique like. Loved the decor and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My son has allergies and every morning they remembered what to serve him and what we liked. It was Taylor made!Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Exceptional hospitality!

Pros: From the moment we arrived we were treated so well by the staff at reception. They were very friendly and professional. Took the time to talk to us before showing us around the hotel and explaining where everything was before taking us to our lovely room. The decor and cleanliness were second to none . The location was perfect to go exploring Rome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Cons: Our time there was too short

Lovely home away from home.
Pros: Lovely hotel that feels more like a home than a hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good food and good coffee. Great location.
Cons: When you sit in the garden/pool there is street noice. It was not too disturbing for us, you are after all in the middle of the city. We sat out there a lot.

Fabulous hotel with beautiful interiors and friendly staff!
Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The room was just as described, made up and cleaned daily, and the garden and restaurant area are stunning. The staff were very friendly, particularly the restaurant staff at breakfast who made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant one night and it was absolutely delicious. Whilst the hotel isn’t in the main tourist areas, we knew this and were delighted by the local restaurants on offer and its proximity to the Metro station.
Cons: The hotel is surrounded by very busy roads, which does make enjoyment of the outside spaces difficult. We also had to clean our shower heads ourselves as they were so chalked up water wasn’t coming out all of the holes. We also opted to pay for the hotels own expensive transfer from the airport - however the driver was extremely fast and erratic, and dumped us out on the pavement outside the hotel and we had to go and find the concierge ourselves to bring our bags in. In the future I would book my own private transfer.
