Elegant and tranquil

Pros: The property was amazing! Great location and gorgeous room

A hidden gem of pure delight.

Pros: The location was superb, slightly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist routes but accessible in just a few minutes. The hotel has been lovingly restored with stylish interiors and a jaw dropping lobby, bar and restaurant. The wellness centre boasts a steam room, sauna and plunge pool, all immaculately maintained. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much bother.

Cons: The breakfast options were limited and slightly underwhelming

A true boutique hotel

Pros: This is a new boutique hotel, only 29 rooms but with 3 elevators. Quiet location near the shopping street and a short walk/drive from the city's attractions. The room size is reasonable, the bed is huge and the shower is comfortable and new. Another advantage of the hotel is that the air conditioning works even in winter - you don't suffer from excessive heat like in many hotels in the city. There is a water kettle/water with lemon in the lobby and sweet snacks. But what sets the hotel apart is the personal and cordial attitude of all the staff. Every request, even the smallest, is fulfilled immediately

Cons: The breakfast selection is quite limited, they will make you an omelette upon request but you will have to pay for pancakes. From a hotel that is part of the Hilton chain I expect something different

Wonderful birthday stay - thank you to the staff

Pros: Upgraded room was wonderful - decor, towels and robe quality and extra amenities . Breakfast was great too and the staff so accommodated.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Everything - couldn’t fault it. Room (spa room) was huge, quiet (no noise from other guests or outside) and the enormous bed was super comfy. Staff always around to help, including on reception. Location was fantastic.

Pros: We had an amazing time at this hotel! Everything, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the staff’s hospitality, exceeded our expectations. We were especially delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pleasant atmosphere, high-quality services, and attention to detail made every moment we spent here special. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience!

Exceptional. Such a good feel and calm vibe to the hotel.

Pros: The evening bar was lovely to sit and enjoy a few drinks after being out all day. The hotel was beautiful and staff couldn’t be more attentive.

Cons: I didn’t have any dislikes.
