Exquisite hotel that sets the standard not just in Italy.

Pros: Utterly spectacular stay at the Bulgari Roma. Sets the standard not just in Rome. My partner had an issue which he raised with management and not only was the issue addressed, but they managed to turn around his experience totally. The on site restaurant provided us with some of the best food we have ever had. Everything impeccable. Many thanks to the team - such an impressive operation.

Pros: Hotel design facilities staff food rooms Marzia was incredibly helpful and supportive

Cons: When having breakfast it can get too busy and one feels like you are imposing when asking for service. That is the only time we felt there was a glitch in the service and only when it is too busy Martina at the cafe is excellent In all other placses restaurant or terrace …. It was excellent

Pros: Breakfast was above average. No variety, staff tend to forget some orders, which happened to me several time, is it because of shortage of staff or they are over worked

I had an extraordinary experience and enjoyed my stay at the Bulgari Hotel Roma!

Pros: Breakfast was awesome, the staff were all very lovely and welcoming! The tea prepared everyday was very nice and thoughtful, also the spa was very nice!

Truly exceptional stay . will keep coming over and over again

Pros: The suite design and furniture are exceptional. Breakfast was exquisite . All amnesties are of exceptional quality. The pool is wow both in design and size. Marble so beautiful . Restaurant and staff were superb and the menu of Chef Niko Romito deserves many stars.

Cons: AC in the room was weak and one wouldn’t feel it in the corridors. Danger of slipping on the marble both in the shower and around the pool.

Pros: Второй раз в этом отеле и первый раз в Риме с 7 летним сыном. Все по прежнему на высшем уровне . Индивидуальное отношение к каждому гостю ( мы купили много одежды , нужен был дополнительный чемодан, но жалко было времени - нам купил Батлер съездил ), стильные светлые номера, очень классный бассейн и спа.

Mi viaje era para tener una audiencia con el papa en el Vaticano

Pros: El Hotel es una maravilla, realmente es mágico igual, o mejor que un mandarín oriental o un Four season , ni me provocaba salir de allí, me provocaba estar todo el tiempo disfrutando de ese Hotel hermoso

Cons: Le recomiendo que deberían de colocar buffet para el desayuno tienen demasiado personal y no es eficiente También considero que el Hotel ligeramente elevado el costo de la habitación en la noche para realmente lo que es el Hotel
