Pros: Very clean, confortable bed with large pillow menu, perfect location, in the city center but very quiet. Big rooms. Good temperature in rooms, high quality toiletries and slippers

Cons: Low options at breakfast. A lot of sweets but no fresh vegetables, no prosciutto nor cheese. I had to order separately cheese, they were kind to give me, but i had to ask..

Amazing hotel , great staff, great rooms . We will definitely be returning !

Pros: Amazing location and stunning decor. Staff were amazing - notably Saskia on the front desk who could not have been more helpful. We were given a gorgeous room with stunning bathroom . We didn't try the breakfast but looked delicious and the bar was great !

Fabulous ...2nd stay for three nights and will come even more now. Staff incredibly caring.

Pros: Fabulous panatone in room when arriving....home made....and 2nd night.... Stupendous restaurant in hotel v.complex subtle high standard....we love it and are used to eating 1 or 2 star michelin in london often Very quiet room

Cons: No Panatone on 3rd night awaiting us in room...no fruit in room....too often the SAME little delicious chocolates but no variation...when coming when leaving and on pillow at night....always same and never dark chocolate pralines,for example....or a bisquit etc... no real tea(bags) in room only infusions....one does not want to phone for everything so we bring our own but still....

Enhoyable & pleasent for 3 days

Pros: Central quiet location Outdoor terrace / patio area Reception was nice Doorman was very friendly Staff were able to book us our activates very easily Staff were very friendly and accommodating Bathroom was very clean and had a bidet

Cons: The location of my room was very noisy at midnight i heard the street cleaners pick up the waste which woke us up several times during our sleep. Mattress was stiff. Curtain blinds do not close completely at night which allowed light into the room.

We only had two days in Rome and Palazzo was perfect, would definitely recommend.

Pros: Stylish rooms, great location. The staff were lovely and always available to advise. The roof terrace bar was a nice way to finish the day too.

Impressive Palazzo, a real royal touch!

Pros: Gorgeous palazzo! Spacious, beautiful and immaculate rooms. Literally no signs of wear and tear. Great location near Piazza del Popolo. Good restaurants around.

Cons: Breakfast staff could be friendlier.
