Rodolfo was incredibly kind and helpful—he personally made sure everything was perfect and comfortable for me. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. Pros: The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The property was sparkling clean. Rodolfo was an excellent host and always happy to answer questions. Excellent location within walking distance to most sights and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again.

An absolute gem overlooking a perfect piazza!

Pros: This property is absolutely fantastic! Updated in all the right ways, without losing the charm of the historic building. It fit ten of us extremely comfortably, with good beds, and plenty of hot water. It’s beautiful inside and out, and the location could not be better. The balcony overlooks a charming small piazza mere steps from the Pantheon, with plenty of delicious restaurant options. The host is wonderful, his family has owned the property for generations and he loves it and his city so much. He makes you feel truly at home.

Cons: I can honestly say there was nothing I didn’t like. I was sad to leave, knowing it was unlikely anywhere would be quite as luxurious.

Pros: This is literally the most beautiful spot! The views are exceptional, we loved sitting on the balcony at night and watching the action in the square below. The building is so special and the apartment fit our group of 10 perfectly! Rodolpho is the most gracious host and we loved meeting his son. They took care of every need and were available if we had a worry…which we didn’t! There is a famous sandwich shop right in the square, everything from gelato, coffee, restaurants … all a stroll away. You can see the Pantheon from the balcony. We walked to everything! Literally the center of Rome! The apartment is so comfortable, had every amenity. Washer/Dryer, kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove, etc. We didn’t hear a sound at night and the beds are SO comfortable. Just a wow! We will definitely be back!

Pros: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al bellissimo Palazzo Franchi Pantheon e non potrei essere più entusiasta dell'esperienza. L'atmosfera storica e l'attenzione ai dettagli in ogni angolo del palazzo sono semplicemente incantevoli. La posizione, a due passi dal Pantheon, è semplicemente perfetta per esplorare Roma a piedi.
