Clean, comfortable and central location

Pros: Fantastic central location for exploring Rome on foot, with lovely views across a quiet square. Clean, comfortable and helpful host who went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect — the Pantheon was literally just 10–15 steps away. We could walk to the Trevi Fountain in about 5–6 minutes and to Piazza Navona in 3 minutes. Since we had kids with us, we used taxis for the farther spots, but honestly, for two adults the farthest tourist site would be just a 20-minute walk. That’s how amazing the location is. On the ground floor of the building there’s Rome’s most famous sandwich shop, and the street is full of cafés and restaurants. Still, it was quiet at night — no disturbing noise at all. The apartment itself was spotless. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including the shower, were brand new, and I really loved that there was also a bidet in the bathroom. Despite the extreme heat outside, the AC worked perfectly — the room stayed around 22°C and felt wonderfully cool. It honestly became our little escape from the hot weather. Overall, a truly perfect apartment in every way.

Cons: Both beds were squeaky. The main big bed wasn’t too bad, but the sofa bed squeaked so much that I was worried the kids would wake up even when I just turned from one side to the other.It might be good if the beds could get some maintenance, or maybe the sofa bed could be replaced. Other than this small issue, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Pros: Very nice accommodation with everything you might need for a short stay! The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any requests. The location is a major plus—most sights are nearby, and despite being in a central and busy area, it was surprisingly quiet with no noise disturbances. Highly recommended!

Cons: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but that's expected as it's a historic building, and everything else more than makes up for it.

Cons: Sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable for two adults.One more or bigger wardrobe would be ideal.

Pros: A localização é perfeita (perfeita mesmo!). A estrutura estava adequada e o Stefano foi sempre muito solicito e simpático.

Pros: הדירה נמצאת במקום מעולה , יש הדירה כל מה שצריך , רק הספה נפתחת עושה ראש כשזזים, תקשורת מעולה עם הבעלים של הנכס. היתי חוזר בכייף לאותו המקום.

Cons: המיטה ומזגנים בזמן החימום עושים ראש. וגם היתי מחליף מכונת קפה, לא ברור איזה קפה היא עושה

Ottima esperienza nel cuore di Roma!

Pros: Ottima posizione, pulizia buonissima, host molto flessibile e disponibile nel venirci incontro e darci le migliori soluzioni in relazione alle nostre esigenze. Il luogo è perfetto, centralissimo, vivo di giorno ma tranquillo la notte da poter permettere un riposo adeguato. La struttura è molto carina e arredata con gusto, ha tutto ciò che è necessario e ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Cons: Tutto perfetto!

Pros: Läget var helt fantastiskt mitt i centrum med promenadavstånd till alla sevärdheter och mysiga gränder och restauranger. Lägenheten var rymlig och charmig.

Cons: Bäddsoffan var inte bra alls.

Pros: Хозяин пунктуальный, доброжелательный. Месторасположение квартиры великолепное. Квартира просторная. Окна выходят на площадь. Близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Центр Рима - Пантеон. Белье, чистые полотенца, кухня, кофе машина, стиральная машина...

Cons: Тяжело подниматься на 3 этаж
