Great location, amazing host, and everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, yet very well connected — there’s a metro and bus station about a 10-minute walk away, so it was easy to reach all the main sights in Rome. Our flight was arriving later than the regular check-in time, but the owner kindly accepted our request for a late check-in and waited for us. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, gave us recommendations and directions, and was always available if we needed anything. She’s a very friendly and welcoming person who truly made us feel at home. The place itself had everything we needed — it was clean, warm, and cozy. There was even water bottles and some snacks waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like — everything was great.

Pros: The owner: she is FANTASTIC! Very helpful and very supportive! In general, the apartment is OK: very good value for money.

Cons: It would be nice to have windows, all the rest was excellent.

Excellent host who made us feel so welcome in Rome!

Pros: Luisa is a fantastic host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. She is extremely responsive to messages and was always on hand to chat or give recommendations. The studio is extremely clean, well-equipped and comfortable - fantastic for the reasonable price! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Luisa’s as the place to stay in Rome.

Cons: The room is slightly further outside of the city centre - however it is easily accessible by bus (with a stop only 5 minutes walk away). Certainly worth the distance for the reasonable price paid.

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights at Stanza del Principe and it was great. The location is near the bus and the subway stations so even if it’s not near the center you can easily get there. The property had everything and the bed is super comfy. We would like to thank Luisa for everything because she was a great host and helped us with everything. We will come back for sure!

Perfect, cosy, compact, comfortable, positive atmosphere

Pros: The property was clearly newly renovated and kept very clean and tidy! There was everything imaginable you would need, in fact, Luisa also left out ample snacks and extra things such as guides, a totebag, a charger, loads of small details that shows her and the property going above and beyond. I felt like I was at home, truly! 5/5 would definitely recommend and I will be booking again for my next trip! Also already recommended to friends and colleagues who want to visit Rome :)

Pros: Appartamentino molto accogliente, dotato di tutto, non manca niente, posizione strategica, vicino alla metro da cui puoi raggiungere tutte le zone piu turistiche di roma e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro psicotecnico della polizia di stato per chi dovesse fare il concorso. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile a darti consigli su come spostarti. Mi ha anche stirato la camicia. Consigliatissimo.

Pros: La struttura è curata nei minimi particolari da Luisa, simpaticissima e gentilissima host!! La pulizia è impeccabile. La posizione, pur non essendo centrale ,prevede collegamenti molto comodi con le varie zone di Roma. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Pros: Avant de réserver, nous avons lu les avis sur la propriété. À notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’authenticité des messages. Luisa, la propriétaire, nous attendait au pied du bâtiment, avec son merveilleux sourire elle nous a guidés dans une cour intérieure puis nous a montré le petit appartement équipé de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons passé un séjour calme et agréable. Lis les avis, ça en vaut la peine.

Disponibilissima, simpatica e prezzo da concorrenza nonostante offra molto di più di altre strutture.

Pros: Piccola room ma completa, la responsabile mette a disposizione: macchinetta del caffè con capsule (incluse), piano cottura, bollitore, ecc. oltre a ferro da stiro verticale, phon, e altri accessori necessari per la una permanenza tranquilla.

Cons: Parcheggio non incluso, ma con il 2/3 giro o allontanandosi un po’ si trova facilmente.
