Pros: It is a quiet location in the city (but quite far from the main events), the metro line is about 800m away, which goes to all the main places and is easy to navigate.

Cons: Check in is from 4-6pm (?!), the owner asked for an additional €20 for early check-in, while he didn't even allow us to leave the suitcase before 4pm. I think it's not ok, but good. The rest was ok.

Lovely new & clean room in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Everything was new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood. It’s very safe for someone traveling alone. Check-in was easy (Francesco was there to meet me).

Pros: great location, easy to reach the center and other places.

A convenient place to stay outside of central Rome, with an amazing bed & pillows!

Pros: The bed & pillows were wonderful, we slept so well. We were close to both bus and train stops. A supermarket just around the corner, cafe/pastry shop at the front entrance & a restaurant across the street. We arrived an hour early & were accommodated ie. Allowed to leave our bags.

Cons: They forgot to leave us bath towels but delivered the next day when requested. Overall everything was clean however in the shower under the doors was dirty and it was a lack of cleaning rather than old age.

Pros: The apartement is perfect, super clean, clear and well equiped. There were also coffee and tea for our pleasure.

Cons: The apartement is a little far from the main touristic location but you'll easily find bus around.

Pros: It is very clean and I'd love to make a reservation again the next time I'm in rome

Pros: We were a family and we really liked the two rooms but I would have preferred if there was a door between them. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and it's a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The neighbourhood is quiet and family-friendly, with a supermarket and many cafés nearby. Transportation is also convenient .And by the way, there is Wi-Fi, even though it’s mentioned that there isn’t , which was a nice surprise.

Better impossible

Pros: The place was fully renovated, incredibly clean and tidy and it had all the comfort we wanted: a kitchen, a balcony with great views to a dome, towels and bathrobes, some free coffee capsules, tee and water bottles, and most importantly: an air conditioner and a fridge in each room! Francesco, the host was veery attentive and human, he even knew how to communicate in Spanish (we went from Spain). The check in was done very smoothly! Thank you!

We are happy that we stayed there for all our vacation with them!

Pros: Really nice and clean rooms. We were really happy with our choice. The owner is always in touch, which was really nice of him. We spend a good time staying there, it’s very convenient to travel from this place, there is literally metro to the sea and to most important historical places in Rome. And we loved the area, with shop near and local cafes and restaurants, pretty nice choice where to go for diner or lunch. We felt pretty like at home staying there for almost 1 week😅It’s not to noisy and feels safe to come back at the evening to apartments. Totally recommend!

Pros: Excellent room for 2 people, very close to the metro line that can lead you to any part of Rome and the host Francesco is such a good guy. Thumbs up for this place 👍
