Excellent stay!

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean, we especially appreciated the amount of free food (especially yoghurts), coffee/tea and the fact that a reusable water bottle was given to us so we could bring it along to our walks. Location is good, close to the sightings, a lot of different transport available. The staff was friendly and caring, they have added extra things for our comfort without us asking (e.g. earplugs, micelar water, cotton pads, higenic products, shaving cream and razors), which we consider very kind.

Cons: The air in the apartment was pretty dry, no idea why

Pros: Maurizio is an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the and the beautiful , making it so easy to explore the city on foot or by metro. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, blending modern amenities with classic Roman charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days wandering through historic streets and enjoying authentic Italian cuisine, it felt like a true retreat. What truly made the stay special was the warm hospitality. Maurizio was friendly, responsive, and gave us wonderful recommendations—from hidden local restaurants to the best time to visit to avoid crowds.

Pros: Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay overnight. The room was clean and comfortable with great facilities, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. A big thank you to our host Maurizio, who was very helpful and accommodating. There's pleny of restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store nearby. I will definitely stay there again when next in Rome!

Excellent solution if you don't mind staying out of the downtown

Pros: Very nice B&B in proximity of the metro station Piramide. The room is excellent. I took the junior suite, with a Jacuzzi in the room. I found it extremely clean and well equipped. The sound insulation is excellent, and this is essential because of the road and railway nearby. The landlord, Maurizio, was very nice and warm during the check in. The breakfast is self service and rich of options. I definitely recommend if you need to stay in Rome.

Cons: The neighbourhood is not so nice. The WiFi was not working but the landlord offered to intervene immediately.

Really recommend!

Pros: Great accommodation, very organized, has a lot of kitchen gadgets, phone charges, and LED lights. Really recommend, there are plenty of eating places right at the corner, great location if you want to eat without the crowds.

Cons: The croissant served at breakfast is very oily, and should be sourced from another place. Not much to complain about, so I only have this suggestion for the place.

Convenient and cheap, great host

Pros: The host, Maurizio, is really helpful and friendly. The room is simple, but for one night's stay (what I stayed), it was more than adequate. My room was in the 'annex' - i.e. not the main building, but another more or less just across the street. I had the room without on suite bathroom, but that was perfectly OK - there is a separate bathroom for that room just down the corridor.

Cons: Nothing. It's not luxury, but if you want that, you should live somewhere else (and pay much more)

Pros: Excellent Maurizios attitude, small neccesary things in apartment available for visitors (umbrellas, milk, juice, papers, pencils etc.). These are pretty helpful when you travel.

Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Pros: Good location for transport links to the rest of Rome. Maurizio was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble whether booking a taxi to recommending restaurants. Kept the rooms clean and tidy and all food was topped up in the kitchen so we never ran out of essentials.

Cons: Would be good to let people know that the best way to contact Maurizio is via WhatsApp. Once we found this out everything was very straightforward
