Great stay and very friendly hosts
Pros: The apartment is located near the Basilica St. Paolo metro station, which is great. Across the street there is a market where you can buy food, and in the neighboring street there is a good pizzeria, Al Peperoncino, which we visited on the recommendation of the friendly hosts. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable.
Cons: Because the floors in the apartment were very cold, we missed having rugs, as you’re not wearing shoes all the time. If you’re visiting during the winter months, I recommend bringing slippers. We were not impressed with the breakfast, as it consisted mostly of prepackaged sweet pastries, which we didn’t really like. But the fridge was also stocked with milk, yogurts, juice, and even wine, which was much appreciated. However, these small details did not affect our stay, which was nonetheless very comfortable.

Great choice in Rome
Pros: Modern, comfy and well equipped apartment. 2 large suits with 2 large bathrooms. Easy and free parking (public). Easy to get to Rome attractions (we took 35min to Vaticano by bus and 20min to return by metro from Coliseum). Great restaurants nearby (3min walk). My third time in Rome and that was my best stay.

Great stay
Pros: Very good apartment, clean and confortable. Easy and fast acces to the city centre by metro. Good communication with the owner, always willing to help you.

Pros: The host was very friendly. The apartament was spacious, the bed was comfortable. You can reach the city centre either by bus or metro easily.
Cons: We had a bug problem during our stay. We informed the owners so I think it wont be a problem soon.

Perfect Place for a Roman Holiday
Pros: Efeso 19 is in a quiet neighbourhood and in walking distance proximity to metro station, restaurants and ice cream parlours. With a Roma Pass and metro one can easily reach all tourist attractions from Efeso 19. The apartment itself is extraordinarily comfortable and speckless clean. You will get everything you need, fullstop. Lastly, no words can do justice to how kind and caring our hosts were. Their hospitality and kindness has left indelible impression on us. In short, its highly recommended.
Cons: We loved everything. One minor thing is that since there is no lift in the apartment, if there are lot of bags, it can be a bit of exercise carrying them up and down the stairs but that too is a positive thing to burn calories, given the irresistable ice cream parlour just a few meters away.

Pros: Very good and modern apartment. Clean and tidy. Fully equipped, like at home. Efeso Street is calm and quiet. We came with our car, so parking was important to us. Efeso 19 rooms does not have a private parking lot, but free parking is easily available near the building. The bus station and the metro station are about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. I recommend using the metro. Also, near the apartment there is a small shop \

Pros: Claudia was a very nice hostess and person.She was welcome us with a big smile. The room was really comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped in case you like to cook something,even we didn't use them because of one night stay. There were many things to have for breakfast (croissant,cookies,cupcakes,cornflakes,coffee,milk,juices and many other things). For sure we will be back in this accommodation in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Espetacular!! Queremos voltar
Pros: We loved everything! We were received with enormous hospitality. The location of the accommodation is very close to the metro and the accommodation conditions exceeded expectations.
Cons: Probably the only obstacle that didn't bother us is the fact that the accommodation is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
