Palazzo Venere

We were really surprised by the friendliness of the staff and their desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Pros: The hotel is extremely cozy and I loved the attention to detail. The breakfast was wonderful as well.

Pros: The location was perfect for our 1st trip to Rome. All major attractions are an easy and comfortable walking distance. The Hotel was modern, very clean and well maintained. The staff provided exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Mazia - who was always bright, cheerful and always ready to make our stay relaxing; Jacob for his help with navigating to landmarks & friendly chats. We truly were made very welcome by all. Will certainly recommend to anyone coming to Rome and hope to return again.

Pros: The location of this hotel is ideal, perfect for walking and seeing all of the major sites of Rome. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful

Cons: The room was quite small, too small for two people with suitcases. However the air conditioning is a real help and works perfectly

Pros: Palazzo Venere is a charming small hotel and is well situated. The entire hotel is nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly, especially ladies at breakfast and Ibrahim the handyman. The breakfast buffet contains what is needed, tasty coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, few sources of protein, fresh fruits and pastries. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the rooms clean

Cons: - wished more fruits at the breakfast - our room had only one mirror that was located in the bathroom. Would be nice to have at least one more in the room - some guests forgot to close the elevator doors properly and the lift didn’t move until the doors were closed. Would be nice if something could be done to this

Pros: Property was extremely nice, high quality of room features and very nice bathroom. Location was amazing, allowed us nice breaks during the day. Staff for very friendly and forthcoming. Especially Marzia, with many great suggestions and ideas tailor made for our family. We warmly recommend Palazzo Venere and we will come back.

Lovely well designed boutiqe hotel in a good location

Pros: Small boutique hotel in a great location, the room is well decorated, I really liked the design. the shower room is private (not like the modern glass doors) , breakfast was small but with very good verity. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor with private terrace which was great to seat and relax, there is only one like this at the hotel.

Cons: I would prefer a bottle of water will water for me every day in the room. (And not to be asked if I want one and than wait for it) It’s basic for a 4 star hotel.
