The apartment contributed to a wonderful stay in Rome in the Jubilee year 2025.

Pros: We were greeted by the host, who helped us very well with paying for the shuttle service. He then showed us the apartment. We received a very good map and, at our request, some tips about a local supermarket and restaurants. There was a welcome package with bread, jam, and cookies. During our stay, we had a question, which was resolved satisfactorily within 5 minutes via the app. Check-out was also very smooth; we could leave the key and close the door. The location is ideally situated near the Vatican City in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

Cons: Nothing to be mentioned here.

Great stay for reasonable price!

Pros: The property is at the 7th floor with a lift to the 6th floor so there is a bit of walking but not a problem if you’re up for it. The location for the apartment that sleeps 5 was brilliant and so close to the Vatican City. The terrace was so lovely to have and the facilities the flat had were more than we could ask for. Alberto was lovely and helpful - he provided lots of local knowledge! Thanks so much.

Great location, helpful and responsive hosts

Pros: This apartment was in a nice location, really close to the subway. The host met us at the property and was very informative and helpful. I also appreciated the prompt responses I received from these hosts when booking - they even arranged airport pick up. The apartment was clean, and the bedrooms are spacious.

Cons: There were 7 of us staying in the apartment, it accommodated all of us nicely in regards to bedrooms and bathrooms, but the central gathering spot (kitchen) was a little small for all of us to sit and visit.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean with central air throughout, making it a most comfortable stay in the middle of summer. It is ideally located within a block or two to the metro subway station and convenient shopping market and a 14-minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica. The coffee machine and handful of coffee pods, as well as the welcome basket, complete with a bottle of wine (make sure you have a corkscrew). The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils, plates and mugs, and a toaster..

Cons: There are two elevators in the building, and if you don't remember to take the one on the right, you will end up in a different building that has the same interior building design. This happened to us, and when we turned the old skeleten key to the wrong apartment, the door opened to a barking dog. We quickly realized something was wrong. While the rooms were very spacious and air-conditioned, there was no furniture in the bedrooms on which to rest your bags, making it very uncomfortable with everything on the floor. While each guest was provided one bath towel for 2 nights, there was nowhere to hang 8 towels until their next use. These are suggestions for improvement, not complaints, as the comfort and location make this apartment ideal for a 14-minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica and access to metro that will take you to the colloseum.

Superb stay

Pros: Comfortable beds and good space for my family. Balcony was so nice but did not spend much time there. Amazing shower. Toiletries and towels supplied. The welcoming host Alberto was so helpful. Excellent communication.

Cons: Just the fact that the lift did not reach the 6th floor where our apartment was but the welcoming staff Alberto was so kind in helping with my heavy luggage. Other than that it’s perfect. Won’t be a problem if you travel light.
