Loved everything about it!
Pros: Loved everything about this place! Location was fantastic & the apartment was large enough to cater for us all. Very clean & tidy with access to the apartment by a lift (a couple of stairs to navigate). Considering how many live in the apartment block it was very quiet too. Great access to restaurants & shopping. Washer/dryer & hairdryer also handy.
Cons: I would have loved keyless access, makes it a bit difficult if we want to go our separate ways in getting back into the apartment.

Pros: Locations was good and host was very communicative. We were 30mins late due to train delay and that was no problem.
Cons: It was a bit small in the kitchen/lounge area for breakfast socialising etc.

Excellent 2 BR apartment, in upscale area with amenities nearby.
Pros: The two king beds were comfortable, appreciated having a larger shower, which is rare in Italy. The washer/dryer and dishwasher worked well for us. It had everything we needed. The location was really nice, very comfortable, more upscale, a good selection of restaurants nearby. The hosts were very accommodating and helped us anytime we had a question. We’d definitely stay there again!
Cons: Everything was great really… it would’ve been nice to have more room in the living room and a larger couch and chairs for relaxing, but that’s not the design of the rooms. No complaints though.

Apartament idealny pod każdym względem♥️
Pros: Apartamenty zlokalizowani w spokojnej okolicy, bardzo blisko Watykanu więc to idealne miejsce do zwiedzania wszystkich atrakcji miasta, ponieważ Rzym najlepiej zwiedzać piechotą . Urządzony bardzo przytulnie, dwie sypialnie z super wygodnymi łóżkami, funkcjonalna łazienka z ogromnym prysznicem. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony w płytę, piekarnik , zmywarka, ekspres a nawet pralkę, dostępne również kapsułki do ekspresu i tabletki do zmywarki. Nie brakowało niczego aby przygotować pyszne śniadanie z produktów kupionych w pobliskim sklepie . W apartamencie było bardzo czysto, potwierdza to mój syn alergik. Blisko znajdowało się sporo restauracji. Kontakt z zarządcą idealny. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani, a butelka prosecco na powitanie była bardzo miłym gestem. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i serdecznie polecamy to miejsce. Sami będziemy korzystać przy naszej kolejnej wizycie w tym cudownym mieście.

Pros: La struttura è ben posizionata. È a pochi passi dalla stazione della metro e da piazza San Pietro. È su una via ricca di locali, ristoranti, enoteche, osterie, bar... È una via silenziosa tutto sommato. L'appartamento è ben strutturato e fornito di tutto quanto necessario ad una famiglia. La doccia poi, era fantastica! Grandissima e con acqua sempre calda con una pressione ottima. Era tutto ben illuminato e ben sistemato. Il ragazzo che ci ha seguito per il check in è stato gentilissimo e, nonostante il nostro ritardo del treno, è stato puntualissimo. Non siamo stati fortunati con il tempo perché in 3 giorni a Roma abbiamo trovato 3 giorni di pioggia incessante 🤭 ma Roma è così bella che ci si dimentica di tutto!
Cons: Diciamo che la struttura non era perfettamente pulita, aveva un bel po' di polvere sotto i letti e sotto il piccolo armadio nelle camere da letto, ma niente che non si potesse risolvere con l'aspirapolvere da loro fornita! Inoltre, la mancanza di un bidet ci ha fatti rimanere un po' male, ma non c'era effettivamente posto anche per quello in bagno e comunque si poteva risolvere con una doccia.

Excelente localização e apartamento renovado com tudo novo e funcionando
Pros: Apartamento recem reformado com toda a comodidade reportada e as fotos são fieis ao que ele oferece, em excelente localização, entretanto, para quem vai de carro, o local é muito ruim com estacionamentos próximos, mas extremamente caro ($40 Euros por dia). Anfitrião muito atencioso e com respostas rápidas a tudo que precisamos. Pequenos detalhes poderiam ser melhorados, como deixar detergente para a máquina de lavar pratos ou mais papel higienico, mas isto não comprometeu nossa estadia.
Cons: Local impossível de estacionar nas ruas ao redor e com estacionamentos extremamente caros.
