Pros: Absolutely perfect apartment just round the corner from the Vatican. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Lots of lovely restaurants close by and a little cafe right across the road where we got breakfast of 4 coffees and croissants for €10. Amazing for the centre of Rome! Frederica the host was great, organising airport transfers and keeping in touch to make sure everything was OK. Can't recommend this apartment enough.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Amazing and highly recommended!

Pros: The appartment is absolutely great. The finishing touch, details are really very well thought through. It's not very often that I can sleep without my earplugs and here it was possible - just amazing. So very quiet yet nearby everything you're looking for when visiting Rome. We would definitely go back.

Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: ⸻ After successfully booking the room, the host continued to provide us with helpful updates. He was polite and gracious throughout our stay. The room itself was tastefully designed and incredibly comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to the Vatican, yet tucked away on a quiet side street, offering both convenience and peace. Rome is a city best explored on foot—the more you walk, the more beauty you discover—and this accommodation made that possible. Nearly every major site is within walking distance. It might take you 20 or 30 minutes, but every step reveals a piece of history. Honestly, I’m hesitant to share just how amazing this place is… because I’m afraid it’ll become too popular and my friends and family won’t be able to book it next time. It was, without a doubt, the best accommodation of my entire trip to Italy.

Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: Vatican Charming RHome is the perfect stay in Rome. The flat is quite new and modern, very tidy and well located. The neighborhood is vibrant, close to all facilities (supermaket, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and public transport). In addition, the hosts, specially Federica, are very kind and helpfull. My family can't wait to come back to Rome and their flat will definitely be our stay again.

Perfect place to explore Rome’s amazing treasures

Pros: We have just returned from staying at Federica’s beautiful home and would thoroughly recommend it. The property is wonderful, so clean and comfortable and perfectly located for travelling around Rome. There are a few bars and restaurants close by, including a lovely trattoria right by the apartment with friendly staff and home-cooked food. There’s also some great shopping a few blocks away, the Vatican is less than 10 mins walk and about 30 mins walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, Colosseum is about 40 min walk. Federica is the kindest and most helpful host, she made us so welcome and just added to making our stay in Rome very special.

Gorgeous apartment, great location and lovely host!

Pros: Our stay in Federica's gorgeous apartment was just perfecto! The apartment was spotlessly clean, it is very new and modern and has all the facilities you need for a enjoyable stay. Location is great - away from busy crowds but within easy access. Federica was absolutely lovely, she welcomed us when we arrived late in the evening and made sure we had all the information to make our stay comfortable and easy. She even helped us to find a lovely jazz club one evening to experience an authentic experience like a local! Thank you so much!
