Great communication with the apartment owner. No issues and very clean.

Pros: Location is great and the apartment have everything you need. A bit outdated furniture, but when you go to Rome you use it only for sleep.

Cons: There was some dodgy people on the balcony where is the entrance, but police patrol pass every few minutes and they were peaceful except in the late hours. I would advise whoever rent it to mind their own business and just walk, but the location again is absolutely great. Everything is in walking distance

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre et à proximité immédiate de la gare Termini, ce qui est pratique pour rejoindre l’aéroport. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, en particulier Fabio

Cons: En revanche, le ménage laisse à désirer et la literie est vieillissante. Le gros inconvénient reste le quartier : de nombreuses personnes rôdent autour de la gare, aussi bien en journée que le soir, ce qui peut donner un sentiment d’insécurité, surtout la nuit.
