Pros: This apartment has absolutely fantastic location, right outside Termini Station. Shops, restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Apartment is very comfortable, has absolutely everything you need. Cesare is very helpful and so nice and easy to deal with. I can absolutely 💯 recommend this lovely apartment, and I would definitely come back again 😊

Great location and worth for the money
Pros: Location was exceptional. We walked to the main sightseeings. The host very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

Pros: The best thing was actually location, you can wolk to the coloseo and centar but also you can took any kind of transportation because on roma termini there are all of them. The apartmant was tidy and clean and comfortable. My recomodation.

An excellent choice for 2 people
Pros: Our stay in general was excellent! The host was really very helpful and answered immediately all our questions. We were given the keys in person and we were allowed to check-in earlier than expected. We were also allowed to leave our suitcases in the premises after our check-out time! All this was very convenient! It was a very clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and very good wifi. The sheets and towels were very fresh and clean. There was always ample hot water in the bathroom. Also, the location of the apartment was extremely convenient as it is right opposite the airport shuttle bus stop and very near metro and bus stops, as well as shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Although it is right opposite the train station we felt very safe at all times. It is very easy to walk from there to all major sights in Rome. We would definitely stay there again!
Cons: The building is rather old and the lift was narrow. It worked perfectly though. The apartment is perfect for two people but we were a group of four and it was a little crowded, since the sofa-bed is in the living room so there was no privacy. The only air-conditioner (which worked perfectly) is in the bedroom which means that the living room was quite hot for the 2 people who slept there. There was a fan which we used. The bathroom was quite narrow too. It was perfectly clean, though! In general it was really good value for money!

Pros: Located close to the Rome termini. That is big advantage. Rome City Centre is walkable distance and many buses and all trains are there.
Cons: Close to the biggest train station suggests area not safe in late hours. Didn't have any bad experience.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente para comer, moverte a los diferentes destinos no hay ruido, llegas en menos de 20 min a cualquier lado. Autoservicios muy cerca 5 min el tren enfrente los buses a una calle taxis pasan todo el tiempo excelente lugar
Cons: Que se terminaron mis días y tengo que regresar a mi MÉXICO querido viva MÉXICO

Buena ubicación
Pros: Hay ascensor, tiene una buena ubicación Justo en frente del terminal lo cual ayuda muchísimo, incluye insumos básicos como jabones, toallas.
Cons: El agua se desconectaba y había que esperar para que vuelva el agua caliente, la limpieza del piso era muy básica habían zonas desatendidas.
