A spacious, modern and clean apartment that is a stone throw from the Colleseum

Pros: This is a spacious apartment in a central location that is close to main attractions, good restaurants and grocery shops. It is clean, has great amenities, and is a nice place to unwind and relax after busy days of exploring the city. Owner Angelo is prompt, attentive and kind - he offered to be available at all times and was able to assist at the drop of a hat.

Cons: Nothing.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location . A home from home .

Pros: The location of the apartment was amazing. A few short steps to the colosseum. We were met by Angelo upon Arrival who showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants in the area. And was on call if needed throughout our stay.great service. A favourite for us in the apartment was the terrace. A large area to relax after a long day. What a bonus . Will definitely stay again when visiting Beautiful Rome.

Cons: The only small complaint is the pillows. Very thin . It didn’t spoil our trip at all. Just not our preference.

Excellent location and apartment

Pros: The location was excellent a couple of minutes away from the colosseum, easy walk to the Roman Forum, about 15 min walk to Baths of Caracalla (must see) and lots of other sights of interest. Plenty of restaurants close by, the host recommended a nearby restaurant and it was so good we went twice during our short stay. Apartment has everything you need and the terrace is beautiful. Couldn’t fault it, the host was super friendly and responded very quickly to any request. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Pros: The location is the best we could imagine for our stay in Rome. The host was really nice and friendly, he has shared some important and useful info with us we really appreciated during our time spent in Rome. There is a beautiful terrace belonging only to this flat.

Cons: Minor things, that did not bother our overall experience

Pros: Right near the Colosseum, easy taxis at the end of the street but more importantly fantastically accommodating hosts, we were able to drop our bags early and make an afternoon tour the day we arrived after our previous tour was cancelled

Pros: Excellent Location, beautiful apartment and very very helpful brothers that went above and beyond to help and even carried our luggage up and down the stairs.

Great accommodation very close to the Colosseum.

Pros: A clean, quiet and great place to stay. The host, Angelo, was very responsive, always in communications and helpful.

Pros: Spacious apartment (bathroom small), very clean, great air con and very big terrace. Angelo is a great host 😊.

It was a great stay. We were very comfortable and felt very safe.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood, but close to metro and taxis. Also, some excellent restaurants all around the neighborhood. Also, having a grocery store nearby was a bonus.
